The masks were well made and of good quality, and delivered in good time.
My reason for only four stars is because the email containing order/delivery details did not arrive, and had to be confirmed by phone call.

One little thing that may be helpful to buyers is whether the full face masks are glasses friendly. Could this perhaps be mentioned in the descriptions?

I bought a reusable respirator to block troublesome fragranced cleaning products that I have to use as part of my work as historic house keeper. This was an expensive respirator and I called first to explain my needs and to ask about fit, as I am a petite female and most average items are too big for me. I was informed that the mask does fit everyone as far as they know. Once I used the respirator I could tell it is hopeless for someone my size. Air leaks around the respirator because the fit is completely wrong for a small face. The mask sits on my cheekbones where it should sit on around the nose and sinus area. It cuts painfully into my cheeks leaving deep marks for 24 hours, and because it is sitting proud of where it should do, air leaks around it and the fragrances of the cleaning products I have to use leak in just the same and give me headaches. The nose to chin ratio is much too long for me and likewise the mask sits all wrong and air leaks in. I have tried stuffing wadding in around the mask but although it is less painful to wear the air leaks in and the whole point of blocking fragranced products is lost. I feel that, as I took the trouble to discuss my needs, I have been poorly informed and wasted a lot of money. I am only on minimum wage and this spend represented a large-ish cost to me. If you are petite like me do not buy this respirator. Update: Sadly now I can see that the slightly aggressive and rather unhelpful response below reveals the company are claiming they told me to buy a small size mask but this this is not how I recall the conversation and I did put the mask in the basket whilst I was on the advisory phone call, which I believe to be the one I was advised to get. Shame really, I can't now afford to buy another one and this one will go in the bin.

The products Are very good. The service is second to none absolutely first class. Ordering very easily.

Very quick and efficient service. One comment, the delivery SMS messages were from ProtectiveM = with all the phishing fake delivery SMS going around I didn't feel comfortable in interacting with it.
