I have made multiple purchases from Restoration Online and the care, efficiency and communication is always above and beyond. To have follow up calls for clarification of my understanding on purchasing discontinued stock before packing my order incase I missed the fine print is unheard of, to refunding a second lot of shipping because I made two separate orders 24hours apart just blew me away!
There is so much the customer service industry could learn from Restoration Online. From someone who restores & renovates homes I will always choose to shop here without question!

Fantastic Website with easy ordering.
After ordering, overnight, I received a telephone call the next morning to verify that the items ordered, in the quantities ordered, was correct.
It was explained to me again via telephone that the items had a long lead time due to being made in the UK.
The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging.
Upon receiving the items, the quality and finish are just as detailed as on the website.

The staff at Restoration Online are fantastic and pleasant to deal with. Orders get shipped asap, and if they can't, they let you know straight away.
One of the best things I like, is that they look very closely at your order and if something is a little odd or doesn't look right, they ring you and check - just to make sure you get what you need. It has helped me with all 3 orders so far. Strongly recommend dealing with them - they know their stuff!!

Excellent staff who are very helpful even when it is a small sale (replacement glass shades needed due to an accidental breakage, sourced and sent to NZ)
We love the lights we purchased from them and with the replacement shades we will be able to enjoy them for many more years.

I purchased tapware and sinks for our bathroom and laundry renovation. Dull copper was the finish I decided to go with as our home was built in 1860 so wanted to compliment the era. There was a small wait as this finish is a custom finish. When they arrived they looked fabulous and when installed looked totally amazing. So many compliments. However, one tap was not expelling the water properly. I contacted Restoration Online and spoke to Rachael. She asked if I could send video and sent this on to manufacturer. Within a day there was a response from Rachael advising me the manufacturer had viewed video and would be sending new tapware as the original was faulty. It was such a pleasant experience and the after sales customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Rachael advised there would also be a pre paid satchel for me to return the faulty tapware. Could not be happier with the quality of products and the service all round.

I made a wrong choice and my items needed to be returned. The staff were very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage. I greatly appreciated how wonderful the staff were. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Third time using this company as I renovate my home. I wouldn't bother with anywhere else. The product range is amazing and the prices are very competitive. If they see something that doesn't quite make sense with your order (ie I purchased different metal finishes in my doorknobs (on purpose)), they will query it. I love that they make sure the customer has made the right choice. Its great customer service and I would definitely recommend the company to others.
