Restoration online were very helpful and timely in solving an issue with a faulty door lock. it was rectified and I received the replacement lock two days later. Samantha in the customer service team was brilliant. Thanks for the help

We have had exceptional service on multiple builds spanning 7 years with our first build in 2015 to this year 2022 .
I genuinely appreciate the thoroughness of their service. On more than one occasion Rachael and the team have taken the time to call after our orders to ensure we have the correct items and finishes if there is a discrepancy or they’re concerned that we have potentially added or missed an item based on their knowledge of the products they stock.
The quality of the products is never in question and we will definitely use this company on future builds :)

I have bought several items over the past 2 years for my home renovation, and up until an after sales problem was experienced this week, had been reasonably satisfied.
I bought wall lights with glass shades but found on examination one shade was cracked in the unopened packaging. I reported this with photo and was told I had to buy another shade for $33 because I hadn’t reported within 48hrs of receipt neither was glass covered by warranty as it wasn’t ‘mechanical’!
True, its 8 months since receipt but in truth given other reno priorities these items remained unopened in their Taiwanese packaging.
They relented citing they were being ‘lenient’ in providing a free replacement but wanting postage paid which I declined having since sourced elsewhere….I won’t doing business here point forward, I found their attitude to customers incredible given the amount I have spent previously and have found other suppliers more competitively priced
