Pricing is great ,fast delivery and the shaft as well as the crystal tip I believe is excellent and also the many different thread sizes that are available. Keep doing what you’re doing great product!

Cue is a great value for the price. Communication and ship time was questionable. It took over 3 weeks to receive my order for an in stock item.

Purchased a Rhino CF break shaft just over 3 months ago and used it moderately. Worked well for those months then the tip seemed to be pushed in and rendered useless.
Contacted Rhino Billiards regarding this issue and they stated that it is not warrantied and would have to pay out of pocket for a replacement exchange., probably to exchange for another poorly constructed shaft that would end up doing the same thing 3 months later.

While these seem to be a great value for a carbon fiber shaft, they are built to the same quality standards as other brands. Rhino CF hits differently than Predator Revo and other top brands, and you won't have any of these issues that I had with Rhino products.

Advise: Spend the extra money elsewhere and get a better quality shaft rather than spending some money now and will later have to spend more money to get a replacement.

Totally satisfied. Purchased one carbon fiber shaft and was so please I purchased a second CF shaft. Also, I had sent an email which was promptly responded to. You guys are doing a great job.

Love the products and I was considering getting more because of their new year new deal "free shipping" That's not the case now, they only offer free shipping to USA not anywhere else in the world.

I have several of their cues and a dozen or so of their shafts for some of my other cues. I have never had a problem with anything. If you are looking for a good cue at a reasonable price, I recommend you try one. If you ever decide you want a different cue it will be because you "want" one not "need" one. I have put their time crystal tips on almost all of my shafts. I just received my MUST shaft and I really like it. I appreciate that the company returns my emails when I contact them. I think they have done a good job in a short amount of time.

I bought a Nebula 2 from Amazon and went to use it, but, found connecting the shaft & butt together was very difficult. I could not return it as it was passed the return date. I emailed the company and talked to Devin. After sending in a video showing the difficulty I was having, Rhino was kind enough to exchange the Nebula 2. I got the new pool cue in several days and am extremely happy with the new pool cue. I want to thank everyone, especially Devin for all the help they gave me.

Bought the nebula 2, really nice cute and sits great. Really like the tip on it. I bought extra tips but ordered the wrong ones. Customer service was awesome and helped me to get the right ones. When I have a question, they are quick to respond. Would highly recommend
