Well

Well, I ordered the rhino must 30 had it approximately 18 days and the tip popped off. Contacted rhino they give me a $60 off in-store purchase after I got the tip fixed and sent them the receipt of what it cost so then I ordered the rhino. carbon fiber single shaft with a crystal tip and they’re both really good shafts. Customer service is great.

Warped

Bought my cue in December 2025 after 3 weeks the cue was already warped, wrote an email and to change the cue they asked me to pay 30usd for the shipping after that I already paid 700$ for the cue. I am so disappointed they just gave me a coupon.

Great comeback cue!

I had a long break in playing on leagues. When I first started seriously everyone had wood cues and now everyone is mostly using a carbon fiber cue. I wanted to get a new cue but don't have the funds for a Predator or other high end makers. I had never heard of Rhino before but as I saw their cues and the sales the price and reviews seemed great. I purchased a Nebula 2 with no real knowledge of how it may perform. I was surprised and overjoyed with the cue. It is solid, I love the time crystal tip, and it has options for different shafts that I've never had before. I did have to get used to dropping shaft size from 13 mm to 12.5 but it has helped me take my game up for sure. I would recommend Rhino to anyone who wants a great cue for a good price. I'll definitely be getting a jump and break in the future to .ake it a set.

Rhino products review

First of all.. lets talk about price for carbon fiber. Its amazing that for this price we can get such good quality. Deflection is not that high, overall feel with the grip is amazing, cue is straight. Also the glove fits pretty well it holds really tight and feels amazing.

Ordered through Amazon but still came…

Ordered through Amazon but still came from you. Ordered Nov 27 2025 got it Dec 29 3”2025. Box was not shipped a protective box and just came in the cue box which was heavily damaged. Luckily the was not and I say luckily. It was a birthday present for my son.

Overall Im completely satisfied with…

Overall Im completely satisfied with your products. I started to use a Retro and the feel has helped me tune my game %100. the tip did come off after a year, it just fell off while I was practicing on my tabel at home. I should have had it replaced with the same tip. To make a long story short I bought a replacement shaft and YOUR tips just in case there is a problem again and have been shooting great. Send me some stickers!!!!

My latest purchase - Rhino Black Jump Cue

My latest purchase, the Rhino Black Jump Cue, exceeds my expectations. It already has made me a better jumper and will allow me to get even better with more time and practice with it. The first day I had it, I had a local tournament that night and several better players tried it. They commented that it jumped at least as good as their jump cues that cost twice what this one cost me.

Snapped in half after 3 months of use

They were nice enough to let me exchange the shaft after it chipped within the first week of arrival. Unfortunately, I’ve only had the replacement for 3 months and it snapped in half last night. Apparently the shafts are filled with styrofoam. I thought this was a good investment but apparently I was wrong.

The cue I ordered played fantastic

The cue I ordered played fantastic. The tip exploded on the second day of use. Their representative made things quick and easy to get it taken care of. I've since order a break shaft and a few accessories.

I had an issue with my new shaft

I had an issue with my new shaft, after a little over a month of use my tip broke off. I contacted the staff at Rhino and they replaced the shaft. No hassle, I sent the shaft back and received a new one within a week. That’s great service! It’s also a great product.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Sent me 2 shafts that dont fit after I sent detailed measurements of my butt pin. Made me pay $30 extra for the second shaft and then no response when I emailed customer service for a refund. Will tell everyone who will listen to stay away from this company. Going to social media now to leave comments on all your posts.
