I made a mistake ordering a cue stick but Rhino support team Mr Devin readily resolve the issue . By the tenth day after i returned the cue, the replacement cue arrived .

I have bought 3 separate shafts! They are smooth as silk and play amazing. Customer service went above and beyond to send the correct tip for one shaft since it was sent out with a different that it was supposed to have!

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of Rhino cues and the company's excellent customer service. I'm not a pro player, but I am a APA skill level 8, so I'm no novice either. I've played with several expensive carbon fiber cues in the past. I've found Rhino's shafts to be as good as any on the market today, regardless of price. They have the same low deflection as Cuetec Cynergy and Predator cues, but Rhino's shafts are smoother, have a better feel, the pro taper is longer, and they have a really responsive hit. In addition, Rhino's customer service is fantastic. When I encountered a minor issue on one of my Rhino orders (I liked my first one so much I bought a second one!), I emailed the company, and they responded the same day and resolved the problem immediately. Their excellent customer service should serve as a model for the other cue makers. And heck, I almost forgot: their cues are beautiful! Not that appearance is everything in pool, but the styling and glossy finish on these cues (especially on their "Retro" and "Nebula" cue models) will have players at your local pool hall demanding to know where you got yours!

I've had these shafts for a couple years now I had a mishap with a rattle in my shaft contacted customer service they took care of me with no issues while the bad shaft was being returned they sent me a replacement I'm sure they crossed in the mail somewhere and after receiving my shaft my play continued I'd recommend these shafts for anyone at any skill level thanks again to Rhino customer service

Last year I bought a radial shaft directly from Rhino's online page. I was delighted with the shaft, great price and quality. Recently I had a small mishap with the shaft, I called the customer support team, and they replaced it and sent me a new shaft. I recommend Rhino shafts to everyone, and the service I received from the customer support team was phenomenal.

My break shaft I ordered was delivered on time. It fix my mcdermott butt perfectly and improved my breaking by making more balls on the break than before.

I recently purchased a Rhino shaft with a Uni-Loc and it did not fit my butts with the Uni-Loc, so I called customer service and spoke to Henry who took no time at all in resolving the problem by suggesting a shaft with a Universal Uni-Loc, so we did the exchange at no extra cost and this worked perfectly. I am very happy how well this low deflection shaft works, a 12.2 tip that is perfect, it's a keeper for sure. I have purchased cues and shafts from other companies but I have never seen the care and quality of the packaging that Rhino does and quick shipping . I had promised Henry that I would post my overall experience with Rhino after playing with it so that the product can be improve and is all good, Henry you also where instrumental and made the big difference in helping me, you are knowledgeable and have a prompt response ethic, thank you very much.

I purchased the Rhino Retro Cocobolo Lizard wrap cue. Awesome cue and amazing quality. Delivery was approximately a week to Canada.
Any questions I had were promptly answered within a day given the time difference.

My wife bought me a Komet break cue for Christmas 2024. 10 months later the tip became loose and split the shaft. Thru email they replaced the shaft for a minimal fee(Pretty much shipping and handling. It was a great experience with a fast turn around.
