Great experience with Rhino Billiards! I ordered the Retro cue with wrap and for the money, it would be hard to beat. The butt looks great and the carbon fiber shaft plays very well. I had a few questions about my order and Dustin with customer support answered everything very clearly and quickly! I'm glad I went with Rhino for the purchase of a new cue. My first experience of playing with nebula 2 has been brilliant, just the tip on the cue may need replacement as this on is miscuing a lot when I try to deep screw or use the edges of the cue ball, I hope this gets resolved as I use the tip a bit more.
Overall, the cue is playing very well

I ordered the Nebulla 2 from Ozone billiards in America, this cue plays awesome and has a great price for quality of the shaft. Highly recommend this and I also will be buying the Komet break cue as well

I personally play with the voyager cues. Love the American flag design. Love the cues, ive had numerous phenomenal shots since i bought these cues. I dont play near as often as a lot of people I know. But with the break cue ive noticed significantly better breaks. However when I broke normally one night, I miss cued! Never done that with this cue, and I do chalk before every shot, so I looked at the tip. I noticed the feral was broken and the tip was pushed in. I immediately notified Rhino, just to make sure it wasn't a common occurrence. This happened on a Saturday night. Was going to have a friend put a new tip on it for me, and on Sunday I got an email from rhino requesting pictures of it, it was a back and forth conversation that took minutes for me to get a reply. NOT WEEKS in between, just like every other company ive ever dealt with, and they informed me that they would be replacing the whole voyager break cue. I wasn't given an explanation as to why. But my thought is, are they concerned about micro cracks in the shaft? I dont know for sure. But they responded very quickly with every response. I had my new que on my porch just 8 days after the incident. Needless to say I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with not just their customer service, but their absolute willingness to stand by their products. I 100% recommend and will certainly be buying rhino again. I will be looking forward to buying the voyager jump cue to complete my set! Thank you all for your wonderful product, and outstanding customer service!

Ordered 2 carbon fibre shafts and they perform flawlessly. One of best purchases I've made in my quest to be better player. Highly recommend.

Was a little slow but everything was good.

Ordered a Retro Wrapless cue with a 11.8mm tip. The packaging is really good and nice. Today I had my first experience trying out the cue and wow, it's just a dream to play. I'll add some more weight to it since it's a bit to light for me to really enjoy it.
So all in all, if you're looking for a proper pool cue, I'm more than happy to recommend this cue.

Appearance and feel is good. Plays not bad but the tip is to hard for me. Will probably order the weight package and another shaft. The other thing I find not good is the freight price seems awful high.

The displacement of the shaft makes for a slight inconsistency on a repetitive shot. Other then that great cue especially for the price.

Great cue great service after the sale. I ordered a shaft the with the wrong connection. They walked me through the process and I was able to return the one I ordered. They examined my connection joint and was able to identify it immediately. They had the correct shaft shipped all is good.
