Good communication and product

Ordered a Rhino carbon fibre shaft with 12.5 mm tip from Amazon. Absolutely loved this shaft from the first ball I hit. Feels nice and solid and love the pro taper. Had a question about the tip that came on it. Reached out to Rhino and they answered my question really quickly. If you’re thinking of changing to a carbon fibre shaft at a reasonable price, the Rhino shaft is a great option. I don’t regret my choice in purchasing one. Highly recommend.

After buying a single shaft some months ago, I now ordered a full cue—the Retro cue, to be more precise—and a weight bolt kit. I have to say that the package arrived in just 5 days (in Europe), and the cue is perfect. The shaft is 12.5mm, but the deflection is extremely low, especially for a 12.5 shaft. It's a very balanced cue; the tip size makes it very forgiving, but you also get a lot of spin from it. The butt is very nice looking. Its default weight is 15.5oz (making the whole cue 19.5oz), and it accepts another 1.5oz if you like it heavier, like me. Also, the customer support was very prompt.

Bought the USA CUE loved it so much I decided to by the matching Breaking Cue. Love the weight and of course the USA Flag colors and design. Unfortunately the Breaking Cue shaft broke somehow on a break. Tip fell off and there was a feeling that something inside was broken. I contacted Rhino and after everything sent it back and they had sent another at no cost before they seen the broken shaft. Showed up the other day. Definitely a company with common sense and morals. I will be letting anyone know that they stand behind their awesome product. Very happy to have bought. Next is jump Cue. Thanks again Rhino Billiards for making things right with your customers

I was gifted a shaft that unfortunately started to have paint peel. I reached out to Rhino well after the return window and they were nice enough to send me a replacement. Awesome customer service and great products!

Over the past few years, I finally decided to try the carbon fiber cues. I have a Predator SP2 with their Revo shaft, a Cuetec SVB2 with the cynergy shaft and the Retro with their Rhino shaft. From a shooting standpoint, I can't tell much difference in any of them, other than the cost. The Retro shoots just as well as the others at less than half the price. I have also had several compliments on the looks of the Retro. I have a cocobolo and a snakewood version. Both with the leather/microfiber wrap and points. Definately more bang for the buck in my opinion and I would recommend this cue to anyone!

I ordered the shaft only, and I was so upset cause I ordered the wrong pin size. Rhino was great to help me through the return process, got my money back, and it made me decide to buy the retro cocobolo set up. I absolutely love it. While I was aware through previous reviews that the tip may be questionable, I did eventually change it out with a predator victory tip. You really can’t beat the price for this cue. If you’re thinking about it, just do it

And and the shipping was super fast. Well paswell, packaged the shaft. Plays extremely well . love the balance, love the sound.
The shaft played extremely well.
And for and look forward to seeing.
How one of their cues play may be in the future.

Excellent product and great customer service support! They helpped me with my questions and were there along the whole process. Also the shipping company was very good (UPS). Shaft doesn't roll true but plays great (probably cause I only own a cheap shaft) anyways, pending on response.

The shipping was quick and the product is awesome. I bought the 3/8X10 shaft for my Lucky by McDermott butt. It is amazingly light and smooth. You could use a closed bridge with it with no glove and it glides very well. I love it and practice with it every day. I can't speak to the tip as I always remove the tip from any shaft I buy and replace it with a Kamui, a super soft in this case. Well done Rhino!

Shaft looks and feels good. Can’t wait to try. Thankfully I found the Crystal tip taped to the bubble wrap.
