Great customer service! Super helpful and understanding

The shipping was super fast. I wasnt expecting to get this within a week so that was a huge bonus. I absolutely love my new cue. Played league with it for the first time last night. The difference is insane. Controlled and precise.

My only negative was while shopping the website a got a notification to choose my free gift with purchase and one of the options was a glove but they charged me for it anyway.

My fault for ordering going into the Labor day weekend. Took a while to recieve shaft due to Labor day. Nice smooth shaft, tip takes a little work to avoid miss-cue. The q-loc joint keeps unscrewing? I have to remember to tighten it often on my Icon Predator butt section. Did not have this problem on my Z2 shaft.

Other than those few problems I love how slick and smooth the carbon fiber shaft is. Plays about the same as my Z2 shaft. Chalk before every shot and pick the tip at least once a week before league play.

The nebula Galaxy cue, it's a nice cue stick. We really like the color and the feel of the grip and the low deflection of the carbon fiber shaft, it was a great price. And we're really happy with it. The only thing I could say is the connection. it's a little bit tight to screw in. But other than that, it's been a great experience.

I just bought a nebula 2 cue, haven't got to use it yet. I bought it cause 2 guys on my pool team have them and the love them. So I am hoping that I will like it as well. I had to order mine from Amazon cause the rhino website discontinued the one I wanted. I have to commend the rhino website for suggesting I go to Amazon to find it. Also have to say that the website is very good at getting back to promptly on any questions you have.

They have a great product and they keep in touch also whenever anything happen they were quick to fix the problem or give advice I think this is a perfect shaft for APA and BCA players like me.

I bought the Voyager cue set and the 3rd week playing with them my break shaft broke. I contacted Rhino and they immediately started to rectify the situation. With a simple picture of the shaft they sent me a shipping label to return the shaft and as soon as you ship the shaft they started sending the replacement. I thoroughly enjoy my cues and I am very satisfied with the customer service.

Rhino made everything easy- price, ordering, shipping was all A-1. Shaft hits nice. I will use it a little more in the coming weeks and see what happens with the medium tip. Have been shooting with a moori medium. May want to go with a soft.

I'm not a professional pool player but I do go out up to 5 times a week to play and I wouldn't trust any other cue like I do my Rhino Cues. In my local league my team loves to use my Komet II break cue in games and I'm always turning heads with my gold Nebula 2. I'm planning on adding more Rhino cues to my collection!

I love the nebula 2 I’m able to do things with the cue ball I couldn’t before.

I love everything about my rhino shaft. 12.2 mm tip size gives me me more versatility. Shaft has an excellent feel. Some have said. they don’t like the tip, but I have no problem with the tip that came with the shaft. Very happy I made this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a new shaft to consider a rhino shaft. You won’t be sorry!
