We were warmly greeted on arrival after turning up with no appointment and very soon handed over to Baz, the sales executive.
Baz had a trainee Sam with him, who he introduced to us. Baz was one of the friendliest car sales execs we've met. He was patient and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and quickly found a suitable car for us to look at.
Although we've decided to pursue other options, I thoroughly recommend the Guildford Richmond Motor Group and their professionalism and customer service.

Having spent Bank holiday Monday visiting various car dealerships in search of a new car, I was very impressed with the service I received at Richmond Hyundai Guildford. We were greeted and offered a drink by the receptionist as soon as we walked in and didn’t have to wait to speak to a salesperson.
Elliott was friendly and professional and his product knowledge was excellent. He took time to explain my options to me and facilitated a test drive within a few minutes.
Definitely the most positive experience of a car sales showroom I had that day.
