I had an outstanding experience when coming down to enquire about my vehicle, and other potential options. From the moment i walked in experience and customer service was great. Ibrahim ali very professional and a key player i would say, looked after me very well.
Helped me out from start to finish and got the result i wanted. Would definitely reccomend seeing him if u pop down there. Brilliant customer service, could not ask for better.

Another yearly service at Hyundai in Southampton. Thank you very much to Lisa Thomas for a great service provided. The car was dropped at 8:15 for its 6th yearly service and by 12:30 was done and got my check up video as usual. Definitely recommend the team in Southampton.

I came into dealership looking at options for my next car, wasn’t too familiar with Hyundai so I asked for some advice on why I should go for a Hyundai compared to other brands and I remember Tara was so helpful in understanding what was the best option for me! I was due to collect my car but I got a call to say a cracking had been found on the windscreen so needed attention. I duly collected the car, the next day I noticed a cracking!! On numerous calls to the showroom I have had no response
To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. I shall try again tomorrow to see if I do eventually get somewhere .

Purchased our upgrade with Sinead McFarlane , we had a slight set back during handover day with a couple of minor paperwork issues with to do with me and whilst I felt stressed and she was calm and professional which helped to keep me at ease while she got everything ironed out for us. It was a real pleasure having her as our sales consultant and she was friendly helpful and informative. She had an excellent attitude and Richmond are very fortunate to have her in their team .

Very bad communication
Very bad communication. Couldn’t get my car on time because of poor communication. Was told a different monthly payment because of poor communication. And never even got my V5c new car slip after buying my new car, because they are so poorly organised. Would not recommend. The sales person was called Callum.
