Excellent experience, particularly considering we live in Leeds and never even saw the car we bought so there was an element of trust involved but it was exactly as you would expect from a main dealer, many thanks to all concerned, would definitely recommend.

I felt rushed and found there to be poor customer communication with myself.

Okay but don't take everything at face value
Overall an okay experience. However, there's a couple of key things they got wrong. Their advert stated the electric car had done 45,000 miles when it had done 54,000. In their defence, on pointing out the error they adjusted the price by £200. In addition we were told the car had an 8 year/150,000 mile warranty. Our research showed that Hyundai warranty is only for 8 years and 100,000 miles. Again they admitted their mistake but this time did not adjust the price (we had already transferred the money). Both were significant mistakes. Am I bothered, well yes and no because ultimately I think we got a good car at a fair price.

Buying a new Hyundai Inster
I had a test drive in a Hyundai Inster at Southampton. My salesman, Bhadur Singh or Bhad's as he's known, was very helpful and friendly.
