family run business my arse......my MG ZS hybrid broke down last night, cant fault the AA all good with recovery, however thats when things go wrong with MG and Richmond motor group, my car had three faults, and under 7 months old, 1st a Hybrid fault message, 2nd a emmisons fault and 3rd a HV battery coolant radiator leak, had the car dropped off by the AA last night 28/1/26 and walked to the dealership this morning and spoke to the service rep, advised of the faults and then it starts to go down hill, firstly they cant tell me how long it will be before the car will be looked at secondly there are no loan cars available till at least the end of march. So without a vehicle to get to work or any other reasons I may need the car.......what an absolute shit show of a company. who nows how long I will be without a car.
