The car is brilliant but the aftersales…
The car is brilliant but the aftersales service is atrocious, be warned, we received a recall notice and it takes forever to get hold of anyone to book it in. And when someone answers they give wrong information and you end up going around in circles. They also don’t provide a courtesy car which every other dealership does, so it’s all ok until there’s a problem.

Super happy with the service we received from Richmond
Very happy with the service we received from start to finish. We dropped in on-spec to see if they had any vehicles matching our somewhat specific requirements. The salesman, Ned, couldn't have been more helpful. He soon found a car which met our needs perfectly and gave us a look round and a test drive straight away. Having decided we wanted the car, Ned arranged for all the necessary checks, cleaning and valeting to be done (the car had only just come in as a PX). Less than a week later I was driving it away (bearing in mind this was over the New Year holiday). Very happy with the whole process and very impressed with Ned, who was polite, smart, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and went away happy customers. My son and his wife also previously bought their cars from Richmond Cars Bognor and it was the first (and last) place we looked for our used car. I would highly recommend the dealership. Ned (and his Manager Joshua) were a pleasure to deal with.

Beth Louis was really helpful and gave us lots of information when we were considering buying the MG4. The finance options were made clear to us, different options around part exchange and making clear how much the new car would cost. We enjoyed our experience of MG Richmond in Bognor.

I was not looking to buy an MG but was drawn in by the lovely quality of the MG HS model. The quality is very good, and the price is reasonable.
The service from the sales staff was excellent, I was helped by many of the team during my visits to the showroom. Beth Louis was the main person who helped me with my decision and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the models in the showroom. In the end Beth found me a really nice used model, and so far even the after sales service has been excellent. None of the sales team were pushy in any way, but they were always willing to help. First class service.

The whole experience was easy
The whole experience was easy, everything was explained clearly, all the options were explained clearly, no pressure was put upon us to take up the extra's.
The maintenance package was explained clearly and due to this we signed up to.
