I had a great experience dealing with Joshua at Richmond MG. He was a breath of fresh air—not your typical pushy salesperson. Instead, he let the car speak for itself, which made the whole process feel much more comfortable and genuine.
Joshua is clearly a natural in his role, even though he’s new to car sales. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted and worked hard to find the perfect deal for me. His helpfulness and sincerity stood out, and I believe he has a bright future ahead at Richmond MG.
Joshua truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my new MG HS.

I found my experience of Richmond MG Bognor Regis very positive. Joshua Puttock has a nice manner he was very informative and not in any way "pushy", his approach was informative and knowledgeable, he offered a test drive that went well, he also prepared and explained how a PCP worked that was easy to understand. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from the Richmond Bognor Regis team, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Josh and Beth, along with the rest of the team, were fantastic.
One of the standout aspects of their service was their no-pressure sales approach. This allowed us to make our decision in a relaxed environment, which we greatly appreciated. Beth, in particular, was incredibly helpful, always assisting us with a smile and a human touch.
While the Richmond group as a whole is great, our experience at Bognor Regis was far more pleasant than at the Southampton branch. From the start of the process until we picked up the car, the Bognor Regis team was focused on our needs and ensured that our car-buying experience was exciting and enjoyable. We encountered some difficulties due to our previous experience at the Skoda Southampton branch, which caused us a bit of stress. However, thanks to Beth and Josh, the situation was handled very well, and our stress was replaced by the pleasant experience of buying a new car.
Beth worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the car was ready for us, including cleaning, checking, and organising the paperwork. The communication was excellent, and we were kept informed at every stage, from the start until the time we picked up the car.
We have already recommended Richmond Bognor Regis to my brother, who will be buying a car from them once he finds what he likes. We will continue to recommend them to others as well. We plan to return in 2-3 years for an electric car , but for now, thank you for helping us feel comfortable in taking the first step toward that by buying a PHEV.
