Very helpful and accommodating
Sarah at Richmond MG was extremely helpful, dealing with even though we hadn't made an appointment, getting us out on a test drive and making the trade in of our old vehicle and purchase of the new one as easy as could be. Josh was also very helpful and both were great with our little one's constant questions!

Bethany Louis Richmond Motors Bognor Regis
We recently went to Richmond motors in Bognor Regis. We were looking at MGs to replace our present car. Bethany Louis was the representative that helped us. She answered all our questions and said we could organise a test drive when we want. Although she is quite new to Richmond motors she was helpful, friendly and professional. Knowing she was new and we all have to start somewhere I was very impressed with product knowledge, what she was was unsure about she found out. Unfortunately the sales manager valued my car 3 grand less than a second hand car dealership.

Very good customer service and communication.
A special thank you to Adam, he was very helpful and professional in answering all my questions and emails promptly.
Also, meeting Maz on the handover day was just "icing on the cake" as he was just great at showing me around my new car and finalising my experience at Bognor Regis Hyundai!
However, I did not enjoy receiving most of the finance documents via email to read and sign. I would rather have signed in person to clarify all my questions before signing them.
Otherwise, I am a very happy customer! Thank you to Adam and Maz.

Just had my electric Kona serviced…underwhelmed .
Just had my electric Kona serviced with Richmond Hyundai Bognor Regis.
It was returned to me unwashed and with the service light still on.
Time and money well spent? I think not.
23 minutes on hold, cut off twice only to be told:
"Oh terribly sorry, feel free to come back and we will have another go at trying to do it right."
Once you wade through all the sales guff of how good they say they are, main dealer, highly skill techs, trust us with your car...etc
Come on guys you had one job.....
