Went to book an MOT for my 5 year old MG3 last Wednesday, and on Thursday met with Aidan at MG Richmond Bognor. Aidan was extremely knowledgeable helpful and courteous and took time to understand our needs and we ended up buying a new MG3 Trophy Hybrid and took delivery on Friday 15/11/24. He was also ably assisted by Josh who accompanied us on a test drive. It was a really enjoyable experience for a 77 year old couple like us

I was very impressed with the service I received
We were very impressed with the service we received at Richmond in Bognor Regis. Right from the start being warmly greeted and welcomed to the showroom, offered tea/coffee. I was offered a test drive in the car I was particularly interested in and Aidan the sales advisor was very patient with my careful driving! On deciding to buy, the process went very smoothly and all was taken care of for us. I would highly recommend and I love my new car!

From start to finish an amazing experience
From start to finish the team have been great! From walking in the door, being offered a drink, to the salesman (Josh) being attentive and answering any question however silly, but not making me feel so, to Jack who kept me updated on the arrival of my new car. As a single mum, doing this for the first time on her own as a mobility customer, it was a very nervous experience made easy by the whole team. Thank you all so much!

We travelled from Eastbourne and can honestly say it was well worth it!
With no pressure and working to find the best car for me was Jack he was very professional, friendly with great communication skills, nothing too much trouble.
1 week later we were picking up my new car which sat ready to collect and was beautifully presented inside and out.
Very happy with my purchase and feel confident if I need to contact their after service will also deliver.

Great customer service, brilliant staff
Having decided i wanted to look at the new mg3 hybrid, i went along to Bognor branch where i encountered Jack Heeley, he was very friendly and made you feel at ease, he took us through the process of buying a new car which he made it easy for us to understand, we had a test drive and decided we would buy one, Jack took us through the process step by step and found it easy to understand. Having ordered a Blue one then decided to change to a red one Jack and Joshua sorted it out without any trouble. It was going to be a surprise for my wife and Jack and Joshua went out of there way to ensure that it was total surprise for her. i cannot speak highly enough of the great customer service we have received from Jack, Joshua and Richmond. well done

Excellent customer service
I received great pre sales support from Aidan Miles and Joshua Smale. I also judge a company by the way it handles any concerns that may arise. I had a small problem on delivery, Joshua took responsibility immediately and it was speedily resolved. A real example of excellent customer service. I would happily recommend the company to my family and friends.

Na'im was brilliant!
Na'im was brilliant! He immediately came over when he saw us looking at a car and answered all my questions. He was so helpful. Na'im was great during the test drive, I apologise for hitting the brakes too hard! He was quick sorting out everything and even answered my emails on his day off. And yes I do love my new car! Would highly recommend people to Richmond Hyundai.

New MG
From the moment we arrived at the dealership we experienced curtesy and professionalism. We were not rushed into making a decision Matt was able to answer all our questions and found us a car that was in our price range. We were able to have a test drive within a couple of days. Matt along with Joshua were able to help with financing our purchase and within a few days we were able to drive our New MG away. Matt took his time showing us all the features on the car and advised we could go back if we need help with any of the technology.

Great Customer Service, Long Waits for Repairs
Sarah at Bognor was an absolute star! She found me a car I loved and got it all sorted super quickly for me! 5* for the sales team without a doubt!
However, 2.5 months in and I’ve just had to book it in for the 3rd time for a repair. Not only that, there’s a 4 week wait for an appointment. Nick in the service department has always been really helpful and made sure that concerns were answered. It’s just disappointing that having paid so much for the car that it’s having to go back in again and that I have to wait so long, it was over a 3 week wait last time too!
The teams are lovely and I know there’s only so much they can do, just wish I didn’t have to keep going back!

Our sales process from start to finish was amazing. Naim looked after us from the beginning and I felt at ease and like nothing was too much trouble. All my questions were answered and I was treated with a real kindness. Car is amazing and we are so happy. However the sales experience was second to none. Thanks so much.
