Went for a test drive with my daughter today at Richmond motors. Aidan was super knowledgable and helpful with a warm and approachable manner from welcoming us at the door to answering all our queries with reassurance and honest appraisals of the car we were test driving. Our experience of car showrooms and sales people has not always been as positive so kudos to Aidan who made the whole experience an exciting and enjoyable time, with the added value of securing my daughters new car.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with MG, Bognor and their motability expert Aidan. From start to finish, the team was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Even went as far as chatting superheroes with my son, who was very tired and fed up of looking at cars after a day of visiting all the local showrooms. I felt fully informed throughout the entire process, all my questions were answered and I was given lots of time to make my decision and 100% feel I chose the right car for me.
Aidan was really helpful, friendly and not once made me feel less worthy of having a new car on the motability scheme and as a disabled person (other dealerships, I found rude, dismissive and was made to feel unwelcome). Aidan ensured the process of trying out vehicles, ordering my car and collecting was smooth and fast! I collected my car within a month of placing the order, I still can't quite believe it!

I chose the MG ZS Exclusive, Automatic. The car is comfortable, easy to adjust settings and has great visibility. It's also higher up off the ground which helps with my poor mobility getting in and out, and the front seats are heated which is amazing for the pains in my pelvis and lower back.

I couldn't ask for more! I love my car and am so grateful to Aidan and the MG Bognor team for all their help in finding the right car for me. Thank you!

Got the car I wanted, value good and experience good

We thought we would never find another dealer as attentive as the dealer we had used for our last 2 purchases. We only popped in to Richmond because we were in the area and we wanted to look at the new MG3.

Step in Joshua Smale! At no point did we ever feel under pressure to make a purchase - in fact on our first visit the branch had not yet had delivery of their MG3 demo. Josh took our details and true to his word, he called us as soon as they had one for us to look at.

Customer service is second to none from the entire team. Everyone was friendly and approachable - a special mention should also go to Sarah who was incredibly helpful.

The purchase process was efficient and easy, and was fully explained at every stage.

The handover was easy and again everything explained, with an assurance of as many more handovers or phone calls as we need to get used to the car's many functions.

A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish and the icing on the cake is that we absolutely love the car!

My wife and I needed a new car after 21 years as our last one finally expired. We visited many dealerships and bought from Richmond Bognor Regis for several reasons. The car we were interested in was well presented with full service history and the knowledgeable salesman ( Nev) helped us during our purchase. He excelled at subject knowledge, customer care and was a good communicator. When asked why most modern cars have thicker roof pillars every other dealer said “That’s how they are nowadays”. Nev said “They are like that to improve structural integrity and to boost their NCAP ratings”. Nev also took the time with my wife to make our test drive a very complete experience including going out a second time to show her the car’s acceleration and taking her out a third time to adjust the headrests. Just really great customer service.

Excellent service by Aiden , who was very knowledgeable about the cars on offer. I was very pleased with the service I received in exchanging our car for an automatic, which was all done very smoothly.

We met up with Na’im Beharie at the Bognor Regis MG showroom to look around and test drive the new MG 3 Hybrid +.He instantly offered us a nice cup of tea before explained to us all the details of the new car.We had plenty of time to drive the car after and check out its merits.We received a good price for our P/X and are very happy to have placed an order with him for the Trophy version of the car.Na’im’s service was excellent and we look forward to seeing our new car soon.

We went here on our Daughter & Sisters recommendation's. We hate when you get out of the car your pounced on by a sales person. This was not the case here, we managed to have a look round before going inside, we were met by the lovely Aiden, who was patient with us! We didn’t know what we wanted. He asked what we were driving now, the colour & make. I told him I didn’t want another white SUV. We chated he showed us The MG rang I sat in the first , a smaller model I liked it ( hubby) didn’t! I liked blue hubby liked grey & the larger model! Aidan waited patiently, until we had finished debating! So it was decided on the larger MG but colour was still on the table! At this point I did feel sorry for this young Man! But he took it all in his stride. He offered us something to drink coffee tea water. Then we sat down & went through the options. He looked on his screen looked up at me & said how does a darker red sound? Now I was excited! We went & looked at the colour which Hubby & I loved then his grt news, “I’ve got one at the docks” 🙌deal done 3 wks later it’s sitting on my drive next to my Daughters 23 plate!! Joshua was brilliant, he listened, made things easy (test drive, finances etc) and went above and beyond when I asked for the car to be ready early.

Jack Heeley is a great sales assistant, patient and worked a solution for me with bringing in a higher spec car. Although I chose not to go with MG, it was because of my car needs not the service Jack gave me. Thanks Jack for all your time.
