Informative Staff
Dropped my MG4 in to Richmond to have a 2 year service done. They supplied me with a courtesy car and turned it round in the same day. The car was cleaned inside and out, a service i have not experienced with other MG dealers. On returning to pick my car up I spoke to Chris Turner about the new Cyberster and what would be the options of getting into one. Chris clearly explained the situation with my existing PCP and we had a very useful conversation about the ongoing options, and whilst I could settle the PCP at this time it it would be financially advantageous to wait another 6 months with my current car. The conversation with Chris left me feeling informed and involved. I left the dealership with definitely planning to get back in touch with Richmond in the future.
