Excellent service from Jags right from initial contact to handover of the car. He communicated well throughout and kept us up to date with progress which we very much appreciated.
Jags made us feel so special on the day of collection. The car was covered over in the show room and he videoed us unveiling the car and placed a big red bow on the bonnet. Very well presented with attention to detail.
Jags spent time with us going through the controls and checking we were happy before finally driving off in our New Cyberster GT. We couldn’t be more happy.
Brilliant salesman but not only that, he had his customers best interest at heart. Highly recommend Jags 😊 Thank you

Use with caution
Use with caution. Purchased an Mg from them a little over 3 years ago, car comes with 7 yr warentee etc.
Despite just 17k miles on clock, the car now isn't driveable, no way for them to look at itnfor over 2 weeks and not got any curtesy cars for 7 weeks, leaves me high and dry which is not good.
Won't be using again despite numerous calls and emails offering me to upgrade as this is a second rate service!

Absolutely lovely car, and great customer care.
We went to look ar an MG3, but whilst there saw an MG5. We had a test drive and liked the car, but wanted a newer one, Elise found an ex demo one in black, and although there were some complications with the purchase Elise did a great job keeping us updated.
We finally got our car, and love it.

It all started when I drove my less-than-reliable Vauxhall Adam to the dealership, where I was assisted by Will Meek. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. He was incredibly helpful and honest throughout the entire process, guiding me step by step through financing and helping me choose the perfect car for my family’s needs. Will even went above and beyond to offer me as close to the asking price as possible for my vehicle, which made all the difference.

Blue about Skoda Bluetooth
Buyer beware! Skoda Richmond admitted to me over the phone today that they have a software problem with their Skoda car radio systems failing to connect. After being out of pocket for a £120 software update (other companies would throw this in with their service package), which did not fix the issue, I have to wait another month for them to consider looking at the problem again. Hopefully, this is useful for someone considering buying a Skoda at the moment.
