Just taken delivery of my new MG ZS…
Just taken delivery of my new MG ZS hybrid. Was helped at every step of the way by Will in the Southampton office who was pro-active and responsive, and has an excellent taste in music to boot! Was also helped by Andreea who stayed behind late to allow me to sign the paperwork in time as I couldn't make it earlier due to work. Would highly recommend the service from Richmond MG in Southampton, and Will and Andreea in particular.

Good experience buying a car
Good experience buying a car. I already pretty much knew what I wanted, so it was not a particularly complex sale. The paperwork took a long time (but that is not the garage’s fault). The sales staff (Elise and Andreea) looked after me well and were very patient as I spent time working out the numbers and going through the various documents and quotes in detail and made the process as painless as possible. Decent coffee machine helped too!

Very poor on communication
Very poor on communication - trying to find the right telephone no on their website is like trying to get blood out of a stone, and when you do get a number for the service dept, it rings and rings on choice no 1 - if your car is in our workshop today, and choice no 3 - anything else - and only gets answered on 2 - book a service, because they want your money! Singularly unimpressed with this issue. Won't be using Southampton (Botley) again.

Where do I begin ..
This is my 4th New MG ZS car purchase from the Richmond group and I can say hand on heart it has been the most enjoyable and unforgettable purchase experience from beginning to end , From the 1st phone conversation with Elise , She was bubbly , made me feel like a wanted customer and most importantly listened to me , I collected my wife's new car and everything went like clockwork - You Legend ! Having been in the motor industry for nearly 40 years - it just goes to show that there are " some good people " and this young lady is one of them , Do not let go of this one - she has got the lot and some , Thanks again Elise and I hope you enjoyed the well deserved bottle of fizz ..

From start to finish i was met by himat Bhatti sales advisor who treated me with
