Was looking for a car for our daughter, Jag was our salesperson. What a brilliant service we received, nothing to much trouble and everything explained. He even decorated the car with a big bow and a little note when we brought our daughter in to collect the car.

I dealt with 2 representatives from Suzuki Fareham, 'Sam' & 'Will'.
I first spoke with Sam who took me through the initial process of looking for, and then finding, a suitable car.
He thoroughly explained the process, ways I could pay and what would happen, in a clear easy to understand way.
Will took me through the collection of my car, sorting out the road tax through PIP, and made sure I was happy with everything.
Both were helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The dealership was clean and welcoming and other colleague's were also helpful.
A good experience and I would recommend Suzuki Fareham.

All of the sales team in Richmond Suzuki in fareham are always so lovely and accommodating to all of my needs. Mo helped me find a great deal for a new Suzuki swift. He was great to talk to and listened to all my requirements and made the whole process quick, easy and enjoyable.

I want to thank Suzuki and in particular Pete for all his amazing care when I bought my car. He answered my relentless questions, was really professional and down to earth. As a single woman buying her first car I felt reassured all the time.

This was my first time buying a car and I can say I had a fabulous experience. The staff were very polite and personal and made sure that everything was fixed on the car. There were a few delays - which they were not at fault for - but nevertheless they kept me informed of the situation and what was going on.

Joe was the individual who helped me with my purchase, he was great from start to finish! Really enjoyed my experience and will be recommending to friends and family.

We called up on the bank holiday Monday after seeing a car we liked online. Jag was able to answer all my initial questions over the phone and then book us in to come and see the car that same day. The test drive was unaccompanied and not rushed, and the car was in good condition for its age with low mileage and a full service history. As it was a bank holiday and the admin team weren’t in we weren’t able to drive away the same day but we arranged to pick up the car on Sunday. On pick up day the car had been well prepped and was very clean, we were guided through all the relevant paperwork and helped with the process of paying the tax too. Overall a positive experience and I’d recommend buying from this garage.

I bought a new car a few years ago from this garage and it is now coming up to 4 years old. Its due for a service and MOT on 3rd July and I am being bombarded with e-mails and text messages reminding to make an urgent booking for this. I have plenty of time and have already booked this elsewhere and advised them I have done so but cannot seem to stop them contacting me despite Unsubscribing! Prior to this I also got repeated phone calls and e-mails asking me to book appointments to look at a new car at the end of the PCP agreement. Its really irritating this garage doesn't listen.

I was looking to finally get myself a bigger more practical car, my previous car was a mini! I went to the fareham branch interested in a Suzuki vitara that I saw online. I was greeted straight away by the salesman, very efficient and answered all my questions. I took the car for a test drive & fell in love with it ! The process from start to finish was excellent the team and sales manager were so polite and made me feel very comfortable. I received my new car within 4 days & I am really happy with it. I would highly recommend the team at fareham suzuki & I am over the moon with my purchase thank you 😊

My visit was just amazing met a gentleman called Peter Fowler he was totally amazing took time to explain everything about the process with me and answered all the questions I had with patience and in words that I could understand nothing was any trouble and I would throughly recommend both Richmond and Peter to all my friends ask for Peter if you want 5star customer service

Jag was really pleasant to deal with. He was helpful and did a great job on handover day in the face of adversity. The internet at Richmond Fareham was not working well, so the whole process took rather longer than it should have! I would recommend Richmond Fareham. The only thing I would ask is that they make sure they check ALL key fobs. I went out the morning after buying my car and the key fob wouldn't open the door when I came to return home. Luckily I was only 20 mins away. I had 2 grandchildren with me and had to ask my husband to bring the spare fob. I was then asked to drive to Fareham or Guildford, within a week, for the batteries to be changed. One is 30 miles away and the other 23. We changed the batteries ourselves, but I'm still dubious about trusting the fob so have ended up taking both fobs with me every time I go out.
