The customer service at Richmond was excellent today. Jag listened carefully to what we wanted (and needed) and gave us the best option for our family. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or pushed and I walked away extremely happy with the whole experience.

Visited the sales today and although i didn't purchase a vehicle the sales person Jag Singh was very, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and not at all pushy.

I booked an appointment with Suzuki Portsmouth after receiving two emails and a letter inviting me to upgrade my car. I attended the appointment in good faith but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Staff were not prepared, communication was poor, and I left feeling that my time had been wasted.

After I posted my original review, I was contacted directly by the dealership and offered a deal in an apparent attempt to resolve the situation. This makes it difficult to understand why they are now claiming my review belongs to another business. They clearly knew who I was and which interaction I was referring to.

Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences, whether positive or negative. My review relates to my experience with this dealership and I stand by the comments I made.

From the moment Jag recieved my call, he did everything possible. When it came to light that transport was currently difficult a lift to the dealership was offered. Jag was prompt and courteous and very amiable. The test drive went well and the buying process was straight forward. A truly positive experience. I look forward to going back to collect my car. We visited several garages while looking for our daughter’s first car, and after some disappointing experiences elsewhere, we came across Richmond Motors — who were by far the best.

We ended up purchasing a Kia Picanto, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The service was friendly, professional, and completely pressure-free, which made the process really enjoyable.

Really friendly and helpful dealership. Jag Singh was absolutely fantastic, really polite, patient, friendly, and nothing was of bother. He asked what we were after and then discussed different options with the cars they had and the budget we had. As we (my partner and I) are newly expecting parents, Jag helped confirm what we need in a car and helped ease our concerns about safety and reliability. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car or any extras and everything was explained to me in detail to ensure I was aware of what was being offered. There was an issue with the card machine but when everything was checked I got a call to confirm the money was paid and all sorted with the invoice corrected. Can't fault this garage at all. Highly recommend.
