Just bought a car from Richmond Suzuki. From looking for a car to actually purchasing a car Jag Singh has looked after us brilliantly. He has been particularly patient with My Mother who the car was for and couldn’t always hear everything. All in all a first class service.

Very good car buying experience. Jag really listened to what we wanted in a car and understood our budget. And he focussed on our requirements all the way through the process and didn’t try and sell us something unsuitable. He explained things clearly, both about the car and the costs. He really knows his stuff. We were very impressed by this knowledge, his manner and the fact that he totally gets the concept of guiding rather than pushing. We will be coming back to him when we want to upgrade our Ignis next year.

Jag at Richmond Suzuki, the guy who sold us our new car, was brilliant. He really listened to what we wanted from a car and to how far our budget would stretch. He focussed on what we told him and we are delighted with the result. At no time did we feel pressured into accepting things that weren’t right and Jag clearly understands the concept of customer centred care. He’s a top bloke and we will be heading in his direction when it’s time to change our second car next year. Oh, and the coffee is great too.

Richmond Portsmouth gave me a service that I can only describe as above and beyond the call of duty on Saturday 13th September 2025.

I was severely delayed for my appointment due to travel cancellations and delays from London and that meant the office would be closed by the time I would have arrived in Portsmouth. However, Jag was so understanding and patient, he convinced his boss to wait for me. He kept in touch with me until I got to their office. I arrived way past their closing time.
Once, I got there, I met the nicest people you could come in contact with. I was nervous and unsettled due to the delay but they were calm and just made me feel not so guilty as I was and gave me a warm welcome and hospitality of a nice warm latte.

The paper work was done very quickly and with great support. I believe we concluded around 8pm or just before 8pm and I returned home with my car.

Jag is a gem. Along with his boss. They took customer service up another notch higher and were so professional along the entire process.

I am so, so very grateful for your support and your excellent service rendered me on Saturday. I love my car and very pleased with my purchase.

Great experience all round; Bradley was amazingly supportive and helpful, going above and beyond to try and ensure all our questions and requests were met.

We had an interest in a particular second hand car, which, thanks to Bradley and the team at Richmond Suzuki Portsmouth we got at very good price (they even managed to take our old car off our hands for a reasonable price!).

Throughout or two visits, they kept us constantly in the loop and comfortable, with full access to their customer facilities on site.
