Marcus was very knowledgable, courteous and attentive, an absolute credit to Richmond. The deal was done at best speed with no hiccups and a great sense of humour maintained throughout.

Portsmouth Suzuki have now looked after my ignis for 4 years and i couldn’t ask for a better service from a main dealer, each time my car goes in Louise has made sure i am looked after and the car is washed and hoovered . The service plan helps spred the costs and now my husband will take his vitara there aswell, frist class customer service.

I bought a used car which I had seen on Autotrader. After initial contact Bradley sent us a video of the vehicle and made us very welcome at the dealership. The buying experience was great, I recommend it highly.

I had a great time buying my second car from Richmond Suzuki in Portsmouth. From the moment I first walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional.
I was helped by a really nice fellow named Bradley, who had just recently joined. He was absolutely brilliant—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for my needs.
The whole process, from the test drive to sorting out the paperwork, felt smooth and stress-free.
I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, and a big thanks to Bradley for making it such a fantastic experience. Who came in on his day off to hand over the car personally.

I’ve been looking for a small electric SUV and when I heard that the Inster02 was available I arranged to view. Markus Gearing had been assigned that morning to handle our enquiry although he had not received a demonstration of the model himself.

Markus was a friendly chap, if he didn’t know the answer to this new car he admitted it and found out. After a long test drive with my husband I decided the car was suitable for me. Negotiations, more tea and coffee and the deal was done.

At all times during the process Markus kept me informed of progress. The car arrived in UK, I was able to choose the number plate and we arranged a date and time for me to collect the car.

After owning the car for a day I discovered that the Satnav had not been updated so a phone call to Markus and he’s arranged for this to be done on 14 August.

Jag was very polite and helpful, tried to get the best deal for me.
