Fantastic service from Bradley Whiteman
After having my car written off in a no fault accident I started the search for a new car and after an awful experience at another garage I found the perfect car at Richmond Suzuki Portsmouth. I was contacted by wonderful Bradley Whiteman who guided me through the whole process with ease and confidence. Bradley was warm, welcoming and professional from the first appointment. His manner made me feel at ease and confident that I was in capable hands. This was a huge purchase and decision for me, one I wasn't taking lightly. At no point did I feel pushed into buying something that wasn't right for me. I was given lots of options and advice throughout the whole process and I have driven home today in a beautiful car that I am very happy with. Bradley told us he is new to the company having only been there a few months - you could not tell, he was brilliant! A real asset to the team. Thank you for making a very stressful time easier to deal with.
