Don't bother calling the parts department.... 20 mins on hold with out even a hello..... Shocking!!! Update... Stayed on hold for 45 mins. Decided to hang up at 17:05 and dialled number for sales. Advised parts closes at 5. Took details to call me in the morning... Let's see what happens....

Great service with Jag
Jag explained where I’m at in my finance agreement and what was an option for me to upgrade my car. He spoke through many options, adjusted to suit my needs as far as he could and was very hospitable. He’s sold me three cars now and I wouldn’t ask for anyone else.

We spent a lot of time looking at different cars with a proper handbrake. At the Farlington branch we met Jag Singh who listened to our requirements and helped us to come to a decision. A part of the reason for choosing a Suzuki was the lack of push for a sale, even at e be d of FY, the flexibility to meet our timescales and our calendar.
