3 card slot Pokémon display frame
I’ll be honest I expected better, The uv coating was scratched all over and difficult to see through so I peeled it off to reveal the clear glass in the end.
I had paid extra for this which is a shame.
The cutting out for the card slots looks like it’s been done by hand and it isn’t perfectly neat.
The use of clear tape to hold cards in looks cheap but admittedly you can’t see this once on the wall.
However the frame it self is of good quality.
I think for the price the overall finish could be better.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment, but I can reassure you on your main concern; Rest assured the removable films are temporary to prevent the acrylic getting scratched during storage, cutting and transit. The UV protection is built into the sheet itself, not the film. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact us (info@ridanco-displays.co.uk) as we can provide data sheets from the brand and also our own UV rejection test data.
Regarding your comments on the design of the internal mount, we have settled on this reliable taped-sleeve method for raw card frames, with the focus being performance and appearance from the front of the mount. Taping is a tried and tested industry standard for framers. In this case the taping solution allows your cards to be safely and perfectly positioned within the sleeves against the mount, with the tape out of sight. It allows us the versatility to offer many layouts on a handmade basis, which we list competitively at this quality. Overall, we are very happy with this solution and our pricing, and we proudly use only Dragonshield branded sleeves.
The mounts themselves are machine cut, so should be perfectly straight as long as you insert the cards correctly and position the mount straight before closing the frame. If you need any guidance on that, please contact us.
For any additional raw card displays, you may find our magnetic case frames more to your taste, which are made with foam behind a mount (similar to our slab frames) and the mag frames can also be used with raw cards. We stock the one touch mags too.

Ideal Display Frames
As I purchased one of the larger frames, 102 cards, it had to be made specifically to order which impacted the delivery time. No issue with this at all as no one really needs to display their cards on a timescale. The packaging of the parcel was very well put together with layers upon layers of bubble wrap, even though it arrived with some of the external packaging damaged, the frame still untouched.
The frame is very well put together with each individual displayed card having its own sleeve taped to the museum board making sure that they will not be loose in place.
The mounting hooks on the back of the frame are nice and sturdy, however due to the weight you may have to use some different wall plugs - depending on what you are mounting on.
All in all, very happy with the purchase and I am sure when I dig out another one of my collections I will be purchasing another frame.

Best frames on the market
Ridanco frames are truly the best you will find on the market. I had been searching for a while for some frames that I could buy in bulk for my Etsy business. I stumbled across Ridanco Displays after having already tried another well-known frame company in the UK and being totally let down by the quality. You can see that with Ridanco frames, that there is a tonne of attention to detail that goes into each frame and I've not spotted one single error, even after purchasing more than 20 frames. Each frame is immaculate and of extremely high quality. Dan the owner is also super responsive and makes sure everything is produced and delivered quickly.
