Hi everyone

Hi everyone , saw the review's on this and the actually site and nearly lost my life .. but to be fair the tractor arrived my husband put it together and it's so cool works perfectly .. arrived in great time no pieces missing if it goes Pete thong I'll let ye know but for us couldn't have asked for more

I was worried at first as I didn’t get…

I was worried at first as I didn’t get a delivery date and couldn’t get in touch with customer services, I saw all of the negative reviews and tried to cancel the order through my bank. I’m glad I never cancelled it as the 2 seater Range Rover arrived yesterday and we are more than happy with the purchase and the battery has got a decent enough range

Shame you can’t give zero star

Shame you can’t give zero star, don’t even bother! placed an order for a Range Rover Evoque paid card but no order confirmation email or tracking reference even though I provided name, address, email and phone number. Used their contact us form on the website and got no response, called their phone number 3 times just rang out and then said number not recognised. Only later when I emailed their sales detailing all the above and asking to cancel I got an email straight back saying it was being delivered today after I placed an order with Titan Toys who I’d highly recommend. Returns have to be paid at your expense as well

I wouldn't give them a star at all

I wouldn't give them a star at all. Bought a faulty ride on tractor for my 3 year old, battery trouble again and again until it packs in completely. Customer service was useless until it was out of warranty then it wasn't their problem.

Bought the range rover evoque a few…

Bought the range rover evoque a few weeks ago for my grandsons 2nd birthday which is today I hadn't read the reviews so when I did I was worried but it came and we give it to him this morning and its perfect it all works perfectly he just loves it I am sorry to everyone who has had a bad experience I must have been one of the lucy ones and I would definitely buy again x louise Northern Ireland

AVOID! Faulty products!

AVOID! got a faulty range rover for my child for Christmas with a battery that doesn't hold a charge ... Emailed them asking what next steps should be but they never got back to me... phone just rings out ...

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Sending out faulty products and then no response to emails or the 'contact us' form on the website. Christmas present ruined and they don't care. These guys are selling shabby stuff. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service

Terrible service, missed the number plate for a kids car. I had contacted customer service by email numerous times but at the end gave up. No apologies from the customer service even after contacting them several times they still haven't sent out the number plate for my son car which I bought it for his birthday.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company.
Bought two cars last Christmas, both of which have stopped working and charging within 9 months. Contacted customer service for support and support is exactly what I did not get. I was told to purchase new batteries as this was the problem. We did so and fitted them as advised. In doing so, the jeep blew up (smoke and sparks) whilst our child was sat in the car. This was Incredibly shocking, dangerous and has traumatised our young son.
When contacting customer service again, we were told it is our fault the jeep blew up because we changed the batteries and therefore we’re not entitled to a replacement. Customer service do not respond in a timely manner, customer service give poor advice, do not accept responsibility and blame the customer, customer service do not hold the safety of their customers (children) as a priority.

It’s with noting that the jeep fell apart prior to this also. Cheap prices means cheaply made. STAY AWAY!

Bought my son’s Xmas present it is his main present this year, he is 2 years old. Bought the Audi RS6 in red, delivery was arranged for Parcelforce, rearranged delivery for a few days later as needed to go out. When I arrived back home with my partner, it had been left with a neighbour. The neighbour advised the box was already broken and to check it, we immediately checked the car and the rear bumper was damaged. With it being late on a Friday evening I could not get in touch with ride on warehouse. I immediately checked their website for a contact number, email address and returns policy. Nothing on the website states about returning the item, the telephone number doesn’t exist and the mobile number is a chargeable call. I’ve contacted via the website stating the issue and need to be contacted immediately, called multiple times this morning to find out the call is chargeable and nobody answers the phone after 9am when their line opens. It rings out and goes to answer machine. Absolutely furious I have spent 125.99 on a car that is damaged and cannot get in touch with anybody from this company I am not happy about it and would highly recommend if you wish to buy a ride on product do NOT use this company by any means!!!!

Brilliant Tractor

Bought a Tractor for our 4 year old granddaughter. It arrived promptly, and was easy to assemble. It works really well on a hard surface, slightly slower on grass. Charge lasts for several hours, she drove it about a mile and a half on a full charge. She absolutely loves it and we are really impressed with it. The only thing that lets it down is the horn, it’s more of a squeak! Would definitely recommend.

Awful product

Awful product, awful customer service, awful company.

Avoid like the plague. The item we purchased broke about a day after we received it. They sent us a replacement motor and asked us to repair it ourselves.

It took six-weeks for the motor to arrive, only arriving the day after I emailed them asking a refund due to their lack of communication and poor customer service (it arrived on Royal Mail 24 delivery, so had been posted the day before but arrived six-weeks after the initial communication). When it did finally arrive the replacement motor didn't even work.

They then said I have to return it to them to repair or replace the item, no option for a refund. To return the item they sent a postage label for a service that won't accept an item this large, and they expect us to repackage it ourselves, which would be costly for an item this big that ultimately broke.

However, I returned the item this week only to receive the item back to my front door the very next day via a different courier; we refused the package at the door.

I cannot fathom how a company can be so unapologetically bad, and I feel for all of the disappointed children that received one of these products for Christmas or a Birthday, only to have the item break with no resolution.

Upon further investigation, it seems they're a drop-shipping company, buying these items for $65-$75 from Alibaba.com and selling them on their own website at a significantly inflated price. Do yourself a favour and find the same product on Ali Baba to save some money and some headaches.

Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Disappointing Service

I’m disappointed to be writing this review instead of the 5 stars they would have received when I ordered the car in June (it’s now September!)
The car arrived with a damaged steering wheel, which although slightly disappointing, they resolved immediately and I received the replacement part the following day which I was extremely satisfied with.
Alongside the car, I ordered personalised number plates for son. They advise these would arrive separately up to 10 days later. I waited a little longer than this due to the problems with Royal Mail at the time and then contacted them as they hadn’t arrived. I was told that the machine had been broken but they were done and would be shipped and to wait 10 days. I waited again to no luck. I then contacted them again and was told they were in a print queue and would be dispatched at the end of the week. I waited a further 10 days from the Friday of that week and then contacted for a refund.
I was told the refund would be received in 3-5 days. This was 23rd August. It is now 4th September and no refund nor number plates.

Disgusting service and lots of false promises. Do not recommend.

Zero stars to this company!

Zero stars to this company!! Save your money and buy somewhere else!! Pink Range Rover from this company which has never worked and they will not replace or refund!! Very upset little girl!!! Absolutely disgraceful to sell faulty products for children and they don’t work!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, WE BROUGHT A LAND ROVER RIDE ON CAR FOR MY TWIN GRANDSONS 2ND BIRTHDAY, IT ARRIVED DAMAGE, RIDE ON TOYS OFFERED ME A MESSILY 10% REFUND WHICH WE DECIDED TO ACCEPT AS A REPLACEMENT WOULD NOT OF GOT HERE IN TIME FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS EASIER THAN HAVING TO RE-PACK THE DAMAGED ONE AND RE-BUILD A NEW ONE, I HAVE NOT HAD MY REFUND AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS !!!!!
