If I could rate this company no stars I would!!! Absolutely horrendous to deal with!! My son's car did not arrive for his birthday!!! And 2 months later they still haven't got back to me. Had to go to my bank to get my refund!! Do not order anything from this company!!!

Ride on Warehouse are an absolute Scam!! Do NOT buy from here. The ride on vehicles do not work and they will not refund you, or respond to any complaints or issues. Absolutely disgusting company

What a scam!!! Used this a handful of times and the battery has died! States on the website to charge for 14 hours yet they say between 8-12 only or it breaks! Not to mention with the foreign plug they send with it!

Customer service is lacking and ‘Dora’ only responds when she fancies it. Been waiting two weeks for a response regarding a replacement battery. Looks like I will be raising this with my credit card company.

Ordered my child’s ride on which was shipped on March 31st have had no update since
Contacting daily and still no update other than one mail saying they don’t know where it is! Requested a refund and still no update,
Child left without the gift and money gone from my account with zero assistance

Bought a tractor for my toddler for the garden in September, battery deteriorated more and more after each use, seemed fine for the first few goes and now 6 months later it gets about 10 mins after a 10 hour charge. It has had the best care also so very frustrating. Out of warranty for the battery now apparently, a detail I missed 🙄

Disgrace of a Company, The kids car I ordered got Delivered damaged & they don't have any return facilities. They give you a few places ie Matalan to drop your car off but non of the drop off places take that size package & then stop answering the phone.Be careful they are now trading under a few more Company Names. Suggest you don't buy this type of product on line.
Better off shopping local, ie Smyths or better still Amazon who are trustworthy & will let you return items if damaged or don't work.

If i could give zero i would! I bought a Evoque for my daughter for christmas which never worked and as i didnt get in touch with them within 14 days of purchase they said they could not refund and said a fix had to be found. They then requested me to do all sorts of checks including doing a battery reading which once i advised them that i didnt have the tools required to take a reading they said i needed to take it to a car garage for them to do a reading! Embarrassing company! After 3 month of back and forth with repatative requests and fixes sent through email they finally agreed for me to send the car back for them to fix with a pre-paid label. However once re packaged and took to 3 differnent drop-offs all 3 stated they could not take package that size and that the company had arranged the wrong service. I of course relayed this info to the company who said there was nothing they could do as this was only courier they used. I am now stuck with a car that doesnt work and over £200 down! Please avoid this company at all costs! I will be proceeding through watchdog and trading standards to see if anything at all can be done to get my money back.

I do not recommend shopping in this store! The car is of very poor quality, the doors do not close, one door lift does not work and they do not stick, they just fall down immediately, the buttons on the steering wheel do not work. They don't want to replace me with new parts or replace my car. If you have little stress and need extra, this store will surely provide you with it.

Battery is rubbish had car six months and has packed up n the battery is only under warranty for 3 months but the car 12months. The battery only lasted about 10 minutes when fully charged avoid.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I don’t know how this company is getting away with it looking at all the similar complaints here. They completely ignore all email & calls the battery in my sons jeep lasted max 5 uses before completely giving up. Won’t hold a charge so the jeep is sitting there unusable.

My £250 order has disappeared after the courier has delivered to the wrong address and left the item outside. The courier service isn't helping. Rideonwarehouse don't answer phones and rarely reply to emails. It's been over a week and nothing has been done. I will never order from here again!!!!!

Rider warehouse sells electric cars that don’t work, and they won’t refund money, they have the worst customer service called Julie, they don’t pick their call and only reply by email. They will take your money and won’t respond when the items they sell to u don’t work. This company/ thieves need to be reported. Don’t buy from them, their toys don’t work.

Order at a great price and receive the next day. Haven't opened it yet as it's a present but so far so good.

After reading some reviews I was a bit nervous but I said I would order anyway. I’m glad I did. I Purchased a tractor for my sons birthday and it is fabulous exactly as shown. A bit of a delay in the delivery but this was out of there control as it was due to courier. Sara was fantastic when dealing with this and I got a quick response any time I contacted her.

I recently bought a Mercedes amg from them. I must say car is very good quality and came right on time. Assembly was easy and came with instructions. It also has parental remote control. I also paid for private number plate.. that hasn’t arrived but apart from that everything is good. Wish i could upload a picture to show you guys…

Really recommend this company,got a ride on car last Christmas the car came and wouldn’t work with the parent control remote,I got in contact with the company,they let me hold the car as it was my child’s Xmas present,they sent a currier to come and collect the car,I got the car back about 2 weeks later working order they said the control wasn’t hooked up right,really helpful company,Although the car did come back cracked,but is due to curriers not protecting the package,other than that brilliant service will defo order again!

My emails were responded to and was updated on delivery!

Dont buy from this company I bought a tractor from them last Christmas it never worked contacted them and they said they would look into the issue never heard another word. I have sent numerous emails zero response. We are after sending the issue to the small claims court!!!! It was nice treatment of a 2 year olds Christmas present. NEVER AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM
