Rider warehouse sells electric cars that don’t work, and they won’t refund money, they have the worst customer service called Julie, they don’t pick their call and only reply by email. They will take your money and won’t respond when the items they sell to u don’t work. This company/ thieves need to be reported. Don’t buy from them, their toys don’t work.

Please does anyone knows or have an hint on how to start the Range Rover car. bought mine and it’s not working, Please avoid this fraudulent company taking money from people all in the name of selling toys.

Sons car isn't even 12 months old yet and the customer service is shocking apparently have to pay to replace a battery which supposedly has 3 month warrenty on it.. Extremely dodgy company AVOID do not waste your money would give 0 if I could!!!!

Car purchased as santy present has not worked. No answer from phone to discuss options. They Emailed to tell me not entitled to refund as it’s over the 28 days. (We had purchased in late Oct due to COVID lockdown). Wanted to make sure we had it and wrongly assumed it would just work upon assembly.
Very poor follow up.

5 star have had no issues just opened and built my daughter range rover for Christmas every things there and in working order many thanks to u all at ride on warehouse Merry Christmas to you all grate product 😁😁😁😁..

I ordered a car for my son 2 weeks before it was his birthday. Delivery was on a certain date and it had not arrived . I emailed the company and they said the item would be on its way. I still had a few days before my sons birthday and therefore thought ok no problem. 5 days later my item still did not arrive. Contacted them again and was told to track it via dpd. The service had been appalling , once the item came it looked used and no number plates were sent. So I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for an item and have pieces missing. I would not recommend buying from this company as they do not care about customer service . Spend your money else where.

car arrived smashed, got someone telling me they'll send a new part for ME to replace it, what a farce

We bought a Vespa electric scooter which was not suitable for my daughter age of 4. We ordered it as on website had indicated suitable for ages 3 to 5 years old but when arrived, it had been stated suitable for 18 to 36 months on the instruction manual inside the box which was in contradiction with website. When I returned i had to pay one third of the price for returning which didn’t get refunded by company. I asked the company to return the scooter at their own cost as it was their fault but they didn’t admit to their fault. I would recommend that anyone shouldn’t buy anything from them.

we ordered a 12 volt white police car for our child's 4th birthday. We had to pre order the car as it wasn't in stock, after we ordered the car we sent a email asking if they knew when the car would arrive and we was given a date and the ride on arrived on that date. Now because of the pandemic we was expecting delays and a few problems but none happened. We only set up the car yesterday and today after we had charged it all night the car wouldn't start we went through all the instructions again to make sure we hadn't missed anything and we hadn't so once again we emailed the company and sent pictures within an hour we recieved a email back and the problem was sorted the police car is definitely a dream car for most little people and I would highly recommend this company. The customer service has been amazing and I honestly would use this company again because of the quick response and knowledge

Did buy a electric car ride on for my daughter birthday and instructions are not very clear and product looks to be poor quality. Volume is too high and its not easy to find how to reduce the volume as there is not clear instructions but some how I managed to get it it low after 2 weeks. And they say returns is Hassle free, but its not as I've been asked to pay the return charges and should not be used. So I did not bother to send it back as I dont know how much they would return back. The only positive is they responded to my emails very quickly. I would pay little bit more and get the quality product instead of this. overall I'm not very much happy with the product.
