Bought two land rover electric cars for our lads in February ahead of their third birthday in May as the site had a sale

Spent £400 and the cars are rubbish. Battery doesn’t last. The remote controls keeps disconnecting and taking many attempts to reconnect and the front steering on both car keeps disconnecting

Absolutely rubbish - buy from elsewhere

After reading the reviews, I wasn't going to buy off this company. However, after some research I realised that we had previously bought a jeep for our oldest son off them through a Groupon/Pigsback deal and it was always good quality so I said I'd take a risk. I was not disappointed.

The website stated clearly that the green tractor I was buying wasn't in stock until the 5th August and it would be delivered 3 days after that. I had some issues setting up my account after buying but I emailed them and a lady called Sara was in contact quickly to rectify it and was very helpful in the correspondance I had with her regarding delivery difficulties.

As the website said, the tractor was picked up from their warehouse on the 8th August, 3 days after stock came in, but then DPD, the delivery company made difficulties by not updating the order status and leaving the tractor sitting in their delivery warehouse for a few days.

When it came on the 15th August, my 2 year old son was delighted with his tractor which was easily assembled and of good quality, even more so as it was at least €37 cheaper than the closest equivalent I say on other sites.

I would use this company again and would happily recommend them to others.

We were worried to begin with as we ordered our daughters range rover on Sunday then checked trust pilot for reviews after. After reading multiple negative feedback we were pretty sure we wouldn't get our order or it would arrive damaged.
Well it arrived today (took 5 days from ordering to come) we put it together and it all works great! No damage and cannot fault it at all! Very happy with the order and cannot wait to give to our daughter!

I can only say don't buy from this company, because they are just irresponsible people behind the site. I made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago for a cart for my nephew and when I asked about the delivery they sent me the link from the carrier, and I didn't buy anything from the carrier. Still, I've been waiting for my delivery since the 11/07th, which has already been paid for and listening to my 3-year-old nephew asking me every day where's his gift. We adults understand, but how am I going to explain to a child about people's irresponsibility. Every day the carrier apologizes and that it will not be delivered that day, again I sent a message to the store I bought it from and no one gives me a position!!! Horrible the neglect of this store, along with the terrible carrier they outsource!!!

Ordered without reading any of the recent reviews and then thought I’d have a read up on the business. I was of course immediately worried when reading some of the recent reviews. However I really did not need to be…. I ordered late Sunday afternoon and it arrived today (Tuesday) in perfect condition. 15 minutes of building and job done.
My son loves his new Range Rover Evoque ride on as it matches Grandma’s exactly. Thoroughly delighted with the purchase and service. The website could maybe look a little more professional (when viewing on a phone), but I’m clutching at straws to find any criticism.

Was disgusted with my sons range rover, bumper was all smashed windscreen wouldn't click in back light wouldn't work, asked for a refund and had no reply 😕

I ordered a Range Rover for my daughters 1st birthday, I put it all together & went to charge the car luckily I didn’t leave the card unattended as it started smoking without the house wall plug on!!
I then contacted rideonwarehouse & I sent videos / pictures via email which they didn’t reply to! So I had to
Ring them which also took x3 rings for someone to answer and every time
I rang they said they was just replying to the email!!!! the factory had put the wiring wrong on the battery! Yet there website states everything is inspected and certified so clearly this is a lie otherwise everything would of been ok.
The car could of been on fire / worse the house if I didn’t realise this before leaving! They told me to send the car back but wouldn’t send me another out before they had received the car back so my daughters 1st birthday big present was ruined!
I had to then dismantle the car and find the local DPD! We received the new car and the charger was different this time but they had not sent me an adapter so I had to then go to the shop to buy an adapter to charge the car and now waiting for them to send me an adapter, they will not compensate me anything for my troubles absolutely shocking should be shut down, would not buy from there ever again!!! I checked reviews before buying and new it was a risk but I won’t be risking a site like this ever!!

STAY AWAY CANT BELIEVE PLACES LIKE THIS ARE STILL GOING!!

I couldn’t agree more with the majority of the reviews on here. In fact the ones that rate this place I can’t help but think are fake.

For any parent/relative looking to buy from here for their children DO NOT BOTHER. I’m certain from reading other reviews and my own experience that you will be completely disappointed and left let down by the service that this joke of a company provide.

I paid £169 for a tractor which my son loved straight away and initially we were very happy. It was bought August 2021 for my son’s 2nd birthday, my son was still a bit too short so couldn’t use it on his own and we operated it for him via the remote control. Due to this it was only used a few times. I had no concern about this as expected he’d get a lot of use/fun out of it when he got a bit taller. 5 months on we got it out to use and the tractor would start and then cut out seconds later.

I emailed about this and was asked to send pictures of the battery and the plug. I did this and it was confirmed the plug was correct. I was then told to take the car to any garage to check the battery. Little odd in my opinion. I ended up taking the tractor to Halfords who kindly tested the battery, they explained the battery was no good and not holding any charge.

Finding this out I went back to ride on warehouse who I thought would do the decent thing and resolve my issue - especially as Halfords had told me a replacement battery would be circa £70. What I got was there nonsense around a 3 month battery warranty. I was told to buy another at my expense and they do not have the battery in stock anymore. They said this was in line with their terms and conditions that I was never sent or asked to accept upon purchase - and they are yet to provide me with a copy of them.

The staff replying seem to work off a script. No customer service whatsoever.

It’s a shame to see so many reviews expressing the same concern. I am not normally one to write reviews, however this truly does deserve one.

It has 1 star because I can’t choose 0. I hope this helps future buyers, I will 100% read reviews myself from now on.

Save yourself the money and time you waste trying to get issues resolved with this company.

I intend to share this review via social media also to give others the warning before even considering to use this company.

This company I feel knows exactly what they are doing and couldn’t care less who or how many get caught out buying from them. Hopefully they change there approach or eventually stop trading. I won’t hold my breath on either though.

Do not order from here!!

I ordered a car as a birthday gift, received the car with scratches, marks, scuffs, the seat didnt fit properly, the windscreen did not fit properly and the car doors didn't even close!

I emailed customer service showing pictures and videos and they offered a refund if I returned it

I had to pay an additional £50 at the post office to send this back!! It is a heavy item and ride on warehouse should have sorted out the return!! The website clearly states HASSLE FREE RETURNS!!!

The customer service team didnt even email me to say they had received my package. I tracked it myself and emailed them - thats when they said they will refund me but they are refusing to refund me the £50 extra I paid for delivery! They are a joke!!!

I have no gift now & im out of pocket an additional £50 because they sent a messed up car!! The customer service team are now not even responding to my emails - DEFFO AVOID - DONT ORDER FROM RIDE ON WAREHOUSE

The item ordered came is a battered box, and when opened we were disgusted.
There were scratches all underneath the car itself, with stickers in the wrong place, and plastic falling off. It was also missing two essential items to make the vehicle work.
When explaining this to the company, they offered me 10% discount to keep the item. However I explained that I wanted to return it due to the condition and the lack of trust I now had.

The company explained they would send a prepaid label, although there were “Minor issues“, but I would have to take D significantly large item to my nearest DPD collection point.

I explained that this was not feasible for numerous reasons.
I am currently still liaising with the company as I need to return this item through no fault of my own, and for it being faulty, with missing parts and I am unable to take this to my nearest DPD collection point.

Prior to purchase I contacted the company and they responded very quick so I placed an order for an Audi Spyder for my son's 1st birthday

The car arrived with a couple of parts damaged so I relayed the information back to the company - it has been extremely slow and many chasers to resolve the issue which is still ongoing and we probably won't receive the parts for my son's birthday.

I asked for goodwill but no reply.

Very disappointed in the poor level of customer service offered.

This is a genuine independent customer review. Given the poor (2.6) rating I was very sceptical about using this company, however my experience has been excellent.
They dispatched my item on the same day as ordering, it arrived the next day (FedEx UK), and the item is exactly as described, brand new, and undamaged.
The FedEx driver even came to the door and explained the box had a picture on the side and do I want it delivering to the back of the house so my son would not see his present.

Excellent service throughout.

Awful company, ruined my daughters Christmas and still can't tell me where my daughters present is! They have answered 1 email iv sent 10+.fraudsters

Bought 2 x pink Range Rovers for my daughters. They love them. They arrived on time and they resent the number plates because I lost them.

I ordered a Mercedes car last week, it arrived I put it together in 30 mins. works fine .5stars from me, fast shipping and good quality.

this is rubbish company.tp not working. if email they don't answer. they don't respect customer.

I bought a ride on car for my daughter back in February and up to now it hasn't been delivered. I then wrote earlier this month to them asking for my refund since it has been awfully long since i've been waiting for the car. They completely ignored my email on the 9th of April. Now i'm stuck on what should I do? The phone goes unanswered and this is really frustrating. My daughter's birthday already passed and now I have no need for the toy car and to make it worse i cannot even get my money back for something that wasn't even delivered. Only that I cannot give a zero, otherwise I would have.

Brought a Lamborghini for my son last year during 2020’s first lockdown and it’s great, only annoying thing is that their is no way to stop the child from being able to steer the wheel on the actual car and change the direction themselves, when you have the remote. Would be ideal if this wasn’t the case as it’s dangerous when driving on the pavement next to the road. It works well and we have had no issues.

Worst company ever, don’t waste ur money... the customer service named Julie is a Fraud, would not send me a return label, says I have to pay for return myself... don’t waste ur money. It’s a rubbish company

My daughter daughter bought Range Rover toy car for his son under there selling advert they wrote free returns the car is not working after she paid £219 and £50 to assemble it by professional it doesn’t work they are now giving one excuse to the other to me I see them as scammers because in western world when you buy something you’re allowed to return , I did not advise you to shop from them.
