The experience was really good from their easy to use web form (which helps you to choose the right EV charge device for you) through to their service and clear communication. They also found me a fitter (who was was friendly and professional and fitted my EV charge point quickly). I’d definitely recommend them.

Good website with good advice and put me in touch with a local EV charger installer who did a great job.

Rightcharge made it really easy to pick the right charger for my needs without having to spend hours researching options. They put me in contact with a brilliant installer, meaning I didn't have to go through the process of trying to find someone suitable and could be confident the job would be done well. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that my data didn't flow from Rightcharge's system to the installer successfully, but Rightcharge were very helpful sorting this out when I got in touch.

It was suggested that I use Rightcharge to get advice about which EV charger would be most suitable. I have Solar panels and the Myenergi Zappi seemed the obvious choice. The whole process worked very well. The advice was spot-on and the installers have done an excellent job.

We had a Rightcharge Ohme charger installed 8 months ago. It was a brilliant service from the get-go. Our queries were responded to immediately, and I mean 'immediately...' and we received calls personally as follow up. Extremely well priced and professional serviced this charger has never let us down. Very appreciative that Charlie and team took such care with us to make the transition to electric an easy path, and at the perfect time, as our charges are only around 80p each night - loads cheaper than petrol!

We just bought our 1st EV, a Porsche Taycan, and wanted a hi quality charger at home fitted by a local company. Rightcharge found us exactly that and the fitting was prompt, on budget and sorted in a couple of hours!
We're now considering a solar panel install from the same company as a result.

Very easy process to go through, I looked at the recommendations for my vehicle and chose the Ohme Home Pro as it seemed to provide all that we wanted in a home charging point. We were put in contact with Roma Technology Limited who produced a detailed quote based on the details I supplied to them, the detailed quote was slightly more than the standard installation charge quoted on the Rightcharge website however on discussing this with Roma Technology I was happy that the extra charge was justified. From there on Roma Technology took over the arrangements for the installation and claiming of the grant monies. I was very happy with my interaction with Rightcharge and their introduction to Roma Technology everything went very smoothly and I would recommend them.

Having recently obtained an EV, I found Rightcharge via their mention on the Maddie Moate/Fully Charged Youtube video. The whole process was very quick and easy and very simple. I had already contacted one supplier, but found out their EV connection wasn't smart. I therefore went for a tethered Zappi from MyEnergi. Very smooth process and clearly a well organised company: I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was delighted by the service I received in relation to the installation of my charge point. The people who arranged the appointment were incredibly flexible, the engineers that attended on the ground were very friendly, polite and experienced and did a fantastic job. There were some follow-up works needed because of the particular configuration of my electricity box but this was done quickly and effectively. I cannot fault anyone any step of the way.
