I found the service to be quick and efficient, through email contact. The company quickly found a local installer for me who provided a good personal installation process. They also followed up with an email to enable me to rate the installer used.

A smooth and simple process from start to finish. After answering a few questions on the Rightcharge website I was contacted by Romatech who subsequently provided a quote. An Ohme Home Pro was fitted by a local electrician a couple of weeks after accepting the quote.

After origionally ordering a Pod Point charger which we paid in full for. We ended up cancelling the order due to the shocking service we had from Pod Point.
We then ordered a Zappi charger which we had installed in the garage. From start to finish with our local company called Skidmore Electrics in Epworth the service was fantastics. I contacted RightCharge direct a couple of times before and after installation by email and they came back to me on the same day and within hours with the answer to any questions. We have our Solar panels linked to the Zappi it will use any surplus engery and charge the car which is great for every day use as we get it free. You can select Eco+ which only uses Solar. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rightcharge

I was directed to Right Charge when I found that PodPoint would not be able to install my charging point in time. I was given a large selection of chargers to choose from - more than I realised were even available - and with plenty of information about the pros and cons, and the cost, of each. Once I made my choice I was passed on to an installation company who carried out the work well.

Excellent service and communication.
From the beginning, and throughout, Rightcharge handled my charge point enquiry with good communication via SMS and email.
The engineer was very polite and left no mess when the installation was completed.

Very helpful website which clearly explained the different types of chargers and how to arrange installation. I was put in touch directly with a local installer who did all the necessary on time and to the quoted cost.

Rightcharge arrived on time, and from the moment the engineer surveyed the job, he was professional and courteous. It was cold and windy, and yet he toiled away until the job was completed. He then took us through the operation of the Ohme charger. I could not fault this company from the moment they took on the job, to the time they completed it. Would happily recommend them to anyone, and I would also add that the quotation they supplied was very competitive. I shopped around, chose the best quote and had the best job. Sweet.

The website and it's affiliates that help with some of the services are nothing but top notch, a hive of useful detail that's clearly set out and easy to find, without being too pushy or overbearing.

A *big* shout-out to Romatech who Rightcharge put me in touch with - who helped fit a charger - rightcharge couldn't have picked a better supplier!

Rightcharge did a great job of showing me the right charger for my property and car, and putting me in touch with the right installer for my chargepoint installation who could fit it.

It was simple and efficient, couldn't want for any more.
