Had a long wait for my charger but once a date was agreed the electrician turned up on time and made a very neat job. The company were very helpful with designing the installation and didn't try to sell me a new fusebox like some companies did. I would recommend them.

The installer did a great job, neat installation of the EV charge point and a thorough tidy-up afterwards. Everything tested and working fine. Would be happy for them to come back and install battery backup next!

Rightcharge provided an excellant service this week, after a well mannered gentleman advised me on the best charger for me.

This is the web based service I was hoping to find existed when we decided to go EV. The interactive search on the website was clear and easy to use and the follow up speedy and efficient. I got in touch twice during the process and on both occasipons the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. This review only covers the choosing and ordering. I'll post again after the installation!

The team arrived promptly and fitted the charger without delay. After an explanation of how it worked and the app, everything has worked perfectly.

Impartial expert information and quick install was what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Others offered a 4 week turnaround but with rightcharge I was up and running in days. Can't speak highly enough of their installer, e-charge install. Josh there even changed our charger when we chose the wrong one. Rightcharge? Just brilliant. In every way.

It worked, Rightcharge found us a lovely company who answered their phone, gave great explanations, got the charger installed and I cannot fault any of their service. 8 weeks after installation the company I was directed to solved a UKnetworks question, clear and quick. They sent us to Romatech.

Rightcharge was the perfect solution... It was a leap of faith for my wife to agree going electric for a car, an ugly charger woud have soured the deal. We looked at all the chargers in one place on Rightcharge and then chose a lovely French grey Andersen with no cable showing! Easy to do the Rightcharge journey and perfectly fitted by the installer... So easy to use, my wife now gets real pleasure from plugging the car in and then showing me how cheap it was to "top up the tank" on the Andersen app! Rightcharge also guided us on tariff from their superb comparator tool, so easy... We changed tariff just in time before the recent issues and locked a deal in... phew!

Very comprehensive advice on EV Chargers, followed up by numerous quotes from suppliers after I had chosen my preferred charger. Rightcharge brought all the EV information I needed into one place and followed up by getting the relevant suppliers to contact me, in short they did all the hard work. Great service.
