My son got the 12V fire engine for a joint birthday and Christmas present and he absolutely loves it. The lights and fire engine noises really make for a brilliant experience for him. The remote control is brilliant for when he decides to stop and "put out a fire" I can keep us moving by taking control .
All in all an absolutely amazing product. Everyone in our village who sees him out riding always comments how good it looks

I have brought from Riiroo before and have received great customer service every time! Really trusted company and great quality products. Will definitely return for future purchases

This issue has been ongoing since Christmas. I am still waiting for a full refund for a faulty quad that I received. The company has had the item returned for over 10 working days and is still delaying the refund. I have never experienced customer service like this before. Very disappointing experience — I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
Second motorbike iv bought from here very fast delivery, happy with them and there communication 🌟

Excellent experience with RiiRoo!
I had an issue with my car and took it into the RiiRoo store, where I was greeted straight away by the brilliant customer service team in the office Ashley and Kayleigh.
They were both incredibly friendly, reassuring and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some really useful advice on how to look after the car going forward, which I really appreciated.
The technicians fixed the issue quickly and professionally, and the whole experience left me feeling completely confident. Amazing service from a company that truly cares — highly recommended! 🙌

Still waiting for a refund. Being sent around the houses. Slow reply. No customer care. No phone number. Please do not buy from this company. You will be left in the dark after spending hundreds of pounds. Still two months later. No refund. Just excuses
I am appalled by the service and product quality from Riiroo. We ordered an expensive car bundle for our 5 year-old’s Christmas present, only to find it arrived with major manufacturing defects: incorrectly drilled holes and a weld so poorly aligned (a 45 degree error) that assembly was impossible.
The impact was devastating. My daughter woke up on Christmas morning to find her only gift in pieces. Because the "elves" apparently couldn't build it, she has since stopped believing in Santa, despite trying to be "good" all year.
The Resolution has been nothing but lies and repeated list of errors:
They told us to "bend the bar back" ourselves, which was physically impossible and would have compromised the vehicle's safety.
After promising a fully assembled replacement, they sent yet another disassembled unit.
Multiple requests to refund the unused "Santa Letter" and extras have been ignored.
Instead of a fair refund for our trouble, they offered store credit. Why would I want credit for a store I never want to use again?
Despite knowing I cannot lift heavy items due to health issues, they repeatedly fail to coordinate the correct collection method, switching between pallet companies and DPD.
It is now nearly February. We are out of pocket, our child is heartbroken and we’ve been met with nothing but sporadic replies generated by AI and empty promises. Avoid this company at all costs.

I recently bought a Range Rover car for my grandson for his Christmas. I also bought a set of traffic lights along with the car. When I opened the box there were no traffic lights. I contacted RiiRoo customer service and they were excellent. Straight away they stated they would send me a new set and apologised for them not being in the original packaging. True to their word they arrive a couple of days later. I also had to contact them regarding a broken wing mirror (my grandson's fault, nothing to do with the car). Again, they immediately offered to send a replacement mirror. They did this free of charge.
I could not fault their customer service at all and was over the moon with the service. Something you don't really get a lot of these days.
When the younger ones are old enough to get cars of their own I will certainly be buying them from RiiRoo. The car is also amazing and my grandson absolutely loves it.

We bought the 24v tractor with trailer for our then 3 year old who has loved it. It’s very capable and robust. It gets used far harder than I’d imagine it was ever designed to be used as it’s kept at the stables so is driven across the horses fields carrying feed boles, haynets, water buckets etc. Have since bought a second ride on from riiroo for our youngest.

Textbook Example of How to Ruin a Child’s Christmas
I paid for a quad bike on 28 November as my six-year-old’s main Christmas present — something he had asked for for over ten months, behaved for, and genuinely believed Santa would bring. From that point until well into January, RiiRoo held my money for two months without ever providing a working product.
The quad arrived dead on arrival, incomplete, and completely unusable. It never functioned at any point. Christmas Eve was spent fault-finding instead of with family. Christmas Day arrived with no working present.
What made this especially difficult was the impact on a young child. He had done everything right all year and could not understand why the present he had waited so long for didn’t work. As a parent, trying to explain that without making a child feel they’ve done something wrong is genuinely upsetting. As an added consequence, we also bought safety equipment in advance, including a full-face helmet, which is now sitting unused because the quad never worked.
The underlying issue here goes far beyond a single faulty unit. The quad arrived with a required fuse completely missing — meaning it cannot possibly have been tested as working prior to dispatch. This points to a complete failure of basic quality control, not bad luck.
This is particularly concerning given these are powered ride-on vehicles, and the lack of even basic pre-dispatch checks on a child’s vehicle is frankly shocking.
To be clear, individual customer service staff were polite and professional. However, it was obvious they had no authority to resolve the situation meaningfully. Decisions around resolution limits, Christmas staffing, and quality control are clearly management-led, and those decisions are what caused this situation to escalate unnecessarily.
Despite the quad never having worked, the initial “goodwill” offered was £30, later increased to £60 — a completely inadequate response to a dead-on-arrival product, a missed Christmas, and weeks of stress following RiiRoo’s own troubleshooting instructions.
When I exercised my short-term right to reject and arranged the return, RiiRoo then attempted to attach conditions suggesting deductions could be made, despite the item being unused and faulty from delivery. Even after return, the company attempted to reframe the fault as a simple missed connection rather than acknowledging the unit arrived incomplete and unusable. Only after standing firm was a full refund finally agreed.
By that point, RiiRoo had held my money for two months without ever supplying a functioning product.
This experience highlights serious issues with management decision-making, quality control, and preparedness for the Christmas period. If you are buying a child’s gift for a time-critical occasion like Christmas, understand this clearly: if something goes wrong, you may be left managing the emotional fallout for your child while being offered token gestures that do not reflect the reality of the situation.
I would not take the risk again.

I ordered a ride on electric Vespa pink scooter for my daughter’s birthday. Ordered came within 2 days and the quality of the product is excellent.
I did however have a small issue with a small part being damaged in transit.
I contacted the customer service team and they could not be more helpful. A staff member called Kayleigh organised and had the replacement part sent out the next day and was received in time for my daughter’s birthday.
Great service, great product, would highly recommend purchasing from this company. 👌🏻
