I bought this RS2 as a way to adventure and explore in nature again due to long term ill health and incapacity. I’ve ridden it through woodland, over grass and gravel tracks and I’ve surfed the tarmac on it. I absolutely love it! It feels like its given me the ability to live again :)

I had bought my new Riley RS2 scooter on Amazon but after 2 months developed a e6 throttle error. I contacted Riley Scooter after 3 days was told to return scooter at Riley's own cost. I had thrown box away so had to plead with a cycle king shop who Riley had recommend to get a big enough box to return. Once I returned the scooter Hayden who is MD contacted me every step of the way and repaired my scooter and due to inconvenience caused serviced the scooter and free replacement brake changed too. Since I got my scooter back it is better than new. My thoughts are now that this is best scooter I've owned and I've had 2 before but this scooter is the best by far. The service I received was and is second to none and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a scooter to buy this one as for the after service and quality and sturdiness it is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend more that if you are in 2 minds on which scooter to buy go for the Riley rs2 scooter you will not regret it I promise it's well worth the money.

ordered a scooter through a third party only to realise they didnt ship to northern ireland,on the off chance i contacted riley scooters to see if there was anything could be done as it was a birthday present,was willing to pay whatever it cost to get it here so after dropping them an email they got back to me within a couple of hours and told me theyd be happy to ship it at a cost their taking themselves as a good will gesture,to say im happy is an understatment,what a lovely thing to do and for that im extremely thankful,good to see theres still some good in todays world!

Great quality constructed unit. Had a little issue with delivery but Hayden at Riley team jumped straight onto it, communicated well and resolved. The issue was DHL not them. Scooter arrived the following day. Very happy with the purchase.
