In February 2024 I received a message saying my account was been deleted due to AML laws. I appealed. I still have not received my withdrawal and nobody will reply to my messages. Stay away. It is a scam. No FSA agreement so you have no where to turn to. They will delete you from their platforms as well.

I start with 500 on this app in March and till nowadays I still don t get any money from it I have a balance of 3000 and I can t even withdraw 50$ . Don’t trust this app it’s a scam

They took my money, showed a fake balance going up in their app, and made me think I was doing well. But when I tried to withdraw, I couldn't. Weeks passed and nothing came through.

There's no oversight, no way to get your money back. I wish someone had told me sooner, don't make the same mistake.

I haven't faced a single denial on FIFTH & heaven. They work the way investing should and my returns are adding up fast.

It was supposed to take 3 days to do the withdrawal after being on the platform for almost 6 months. Well, it's been over a week. And none of the assistants have answered my concerns or questions for weeks now. And the links to help are no longer in existence. I'm sad to say I think this ended up being a total SCAM. Buyer BEWARE!

I opened an account with RiotXAI and funded it through verified personal sources (Revolut, Coinbase, Kraken). After some early profits and one successful withdrawal, I reinvested and grew my balance.

In May 2025, my account was suddenly frozen under an “AML” review. I submitted full documentation immediately, including wallet histories, exchange receipts, and bank statements and received confirmation that my appeal was under review.

Now, over a month later, RiotXAI still hasn’t provided any resolution or even a clear timeline. Their most recent message simply said “no updates,” which is not acceptable.

I currently have over $3,000 in my account, visible in the dashboard, but all of it is blocked from withdrawal.

RiotXAI claims to follow international compliance, but the pattern here seems to be that once your profits grow, your withdrawals get blocked indefinitely. Several users are reporting the same issue.

I am now preparing to escalate this to regulatory bodies in Singapore and share my experience through wider channels. If you’re considering using this platform, please proceed with extreme caution.

RiotXAI: I’m still open to resolving this. I simply want access to my funds.

Please avoid at all cost. They won’t let you withdraw more than 10% of your money, and you can only withdraw once a month. They hook you in by letting you withdraw at first, I’ve attempted the 2nd time and it’s been pending for 3 weeks. “Jessica” emailed back once saying it’s been looked into, but I’ve had no communications from them since.

Guys, please do not ignore the bad reviews!! This is no trading whatsoever.

They are just taking your money! there is no profit, waste of time, frustration. Please i am begging you, listen before you invest!
They just roll the money that you invested along the platform and at some point will disappear from the internet with all the assets!

This may change. After making a couple of successful withdrawals I encountered issues. Now, after suspension, I'm just waiting for my third withdrawal. I'm going by their withdrawal plan to the tee, so let's see what happens.

Started with these guys about a year ago now have over $350000 in assets but per all the stories before I have been flagged for aml when trying to withdrawal. I probably 1 of the lucky people that has manged to get his initial investment out,be still hopes and dreams smashed. Customer service no replies to email, RM no reply either all over me when I started now nowhere to be seen. Come on riotxai do the right thing and let us get to our assets.

SCAM! Once you are making deposits and signing new users up everything seems to be going fine, in fact the Riotaxi system will make you think you are continually make profit. Then when you stop signing new users up and make a withdrawal they will use delay tactics such as saying that their AML (AntiMoneyLaundering) system have detected you. Then they will put you on a monthly withdrawal plan asking you to only take out 10% of your initial deposit a month and slowly build a pattern of withdrawals. Then when you have withdrawn for a couple months, and your half way to getting your deposit back they will email you closing your account saying the following...

It's all a scam to keep as much people signing up as possible while holding people of from withdrawal funds. If you question things in the Telegram chat they will ban you. The Telegram chat filled with users who are either in on the scam or people they are using to promote the scam. Do not invest!

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! myself and a group of 6 others all deposited money in. It's all great looking like your making plenty of money until it comes to withdrawing.. it's all a scam. Every single one of us gets the same message our account is being closed due to anti money laundering investigations etc. Luckily I only put £600 in but others have lost far more. It's all a big scam, do NOT use!!

RiotAXI are a complete and utter scam. Don’t invest in them. Closed my account and my son’s account due to supposed AML issues. I have only ever used Kraken and made 2 withdrawals $127 and $30. Tried to make a 3rd withdrawal $169 and they closed my account. Don’t invest you will lose it all. I trusted them. Hope eventually they all go to prison. Not sure why this is allowed to happen. DON’T INVEST!!!!

I may have been a bit angry and upset when I submitted original review. This is my experience. I have worked for over 7 months on the trading platform but my asset as I believed that RiotAxi could be a life changer. To be told your account is being closed due to supposed suspicious activity on other exchanges when you have done everything legitimately is unfair. No evidence has been provided and won’t be. Communication has been poor and my relationship manager is non existent. I am willing to continue as long as I am not taken for a ride. I have asked RiotAXI for evidence if none reinstate my account and instigate my $169 withdrawal request. I really needed that money and was let down. Will RiotAxi come back and explain why. My son was treated in the same way and he had a team and a much larger asset base. Just treat us fairly when we have put our faith and time in your platform.

This is a poorly executed Ponzy scheme. It is already too late to get out for anyone still in- but please please please, dont give them your money. It is a scam wrapped in AI promises

THis is a total scam! do not invest any money, they are scammers and charlatans, they ask for money and show your "balance" increasing in the "app" but you can never withdraw it. Please be aware, it is a being done without any kind of oversight, you will never get your money back, BEWARE AND AVOID!!!

Updated review. It feels like the wheels are starting to come off now for Riot. Some of the big hitter recruiters (hi there - you know who you are) seem to be getting cold feet and are removing references to RiotXAI from their social media profiles, not to mention Alexander Goldsmith (so called CEO) removing it from his LinkedIn as highlighted before. If that isn’t a red flag, what is?? If you start digging a little bit deeper, you start to see his face appearing in various promotions for other dodgy looking schemes based in Dubai (Riot itself is based in Singapore). The victims of this scam (of which there are many) will not rest until this Ponzi scheme/Pyramid scheme comes crashing down. Do NOT sign up. You will almost certainly lose your money.

On the 27th of May, at exactly 6:43pm (I have screenshot proofs of this), I issued a withdrawal of my funds for $220. It’s been a WEEK now since then, STILL have NOT received my withdrawal. I messaged their team on WhatsApp again and again (appalling customer service, might I add) because I grew impatient of waiting and waiting, only to redirect me to their support email. I then emailed the support team only to be replied with this:

This is complete BS in my eyes. I had high hopes for this platform and now I dread not ever getting my money back. If anyone who reads this heeds my warning, you will save yourself from the inevitable consequences that await you.

Once again, STEER CLEAR AWAY FRIM RIOTXai. THEY’RE SCAMMERS!!!

RiotXAi has now claimed that my review violates TrustPilot guidelines after being exposed, hence this review is now hidden on trust pilot and has been moved to the so called ‘Attacked’ category.

By doing this, they have proven every point I have made about them in this review. If this isn’t proof enough that RiotXai, their CEO, their top contributors and everything about them are SCAMMERS, then you’re in for a rude awakening.

Just like what happened with FTX with Sam Bankman-Fried, RiotXai’s days are numbered!! Enjoy it while you still can because once this SCAM company falls, it will fall HARD!!!

It’s bad enough that they hide reviews that exposes their shady tactics and keep all the 5 start reviews, which are most probably fake reviews anyway to lure more unsuspecting and gullible people into their platform.

Their downfall is inevitable. I rest my case. If you still choose to follow and invest money with them after all that is said here, then I’m afraid you deserve everything that comes your way.
