We first met Andrew at the Harrogate Caravan Show where we were looking at a Eldis Avante 860 2024 model, he said he had an Eldis Sherwood 860 2023 model back at their showroom.
With the Sherwood being the same layout and there being some extras already added, we agreed to take a look and were not disappointed. Beautiful caravan, specific to Robinsons' too, so you won't find this model anywhere else.
The sales and service was fantastic as they took take of everything. Every staff member we spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful.

Big thank you to Allan for the hand over and tour. He explained everything and wasn't even meant to be working that day, but helped with the handover anyway.

I have to start by saying that I rarely write reviews but in this instance I wanted to recognise the excellent service we have received from Dave and Wayne at Robinson's Worksop. We have recently brought a second hand caravan from Dave and the process was a pleasure from start to finish. Wayne guided us through the handover and he was a font of knowledge. Just purchased a new Buccaneer Barracuda after some 20 years since previous caravanning. The caravans are a lot more sophisticated now with central heating, self-levelling and motor movers. There was a lot to take in when comparing specifications and on hand-over.
Thanks go to Stewart (sales) and Wayne (handover) for making the whole experience go like clock-work using their knowledge and practical advice. We took the van out for a trip to Ambleside for a few days days to try everything out. After a couple of calls to Wayne to answer some queries, we were set up and had a fantastic time.

What can we say. We bought an Elddis Sherwood. The van is absolutely gorgeous. The team are amazing. Stewart, Wayne and the team were the most amazing people. They bought our van and went through absolutely everything with us on our new van. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so friendly and clearly experts in their field. We traded our caravan in this week with Robinsons at Brimington and bought a lovely three-year-old used caravan from them.

Brian Hayes, was fantastic and gave us a really good deal, and has looked after us extremely well. Karl and the handover team was brilliant, as was Scott the awning guy who sorted us out with a beautiful new awning with accessory bundle for a great price. But the best part of our experience is not just about the price, but also the level of service and high quality of the caravans.

They have really looked after us and we are very happy. highly recommend. but the experience is not just about the price.

We recently bought our first caravan from Robinson’s Chesterfield branch and picked it up today. Our salesman Scott really looked after us and did a brilliant job of explaining everything to us on our handover. We feel well-supported by Robinson’s and will certainly visit them regularly.

We purchased a one year old Swift caravan, at the same time our old caravan was in for repair and we were trading it in. We had a very good experience in all departments from the workshop, to the salesman Scot, to the lovely Carl who demonstrated our new caravan and also a mention for Claire in Admin who made the great cups of tea! In 28 years of caravanning we have visited many service departments and sales departments but Robinsons of Chesterfield outshines them all. We would highly recommend

Recently purchased a new Swift caravan from Robinson's Caravans Ltd Worksop. Sales team and handover were very good. The caravan was immaculate inside and out on collection. Alan and the after sales team have been outstanding in sorting any issues we have had. Nothing is too much trouble and they have gone above and beyond expectations to help us. All members of staff we have had contact with have been courteous, helpful, very professional and they listen to you as their customer. We are very impressed with our experience from start to finish and will definitely return in the future. If you want a team you can trust with amazing service go to Robinson's Worksop.

Helpful and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to help. Not at all pushy, like other caravan dealerships. Both Scott's were fabulous, from start to finish. A lovely (and very patient!) man showed us( complete novices) how to set up the caravan, and all the do's and don't s. We had our caravan delivered, and again the guy was so friendly and helpful.
