Excellent service from Brian at Chesterfield who made the process of replacing our stolen caravan a much easier prospect than we anticipated, nothing is too much trouble - also a special mention to big Carl on the handover :-)

Just taken delivery of our new Coachman caravan from Robinsons Worksop, excellent service from start to finish. Staff are all friendly and efficient, can't do enough for you, wouldn't like to call any individual out as the whole team were great and I wouldn't want to miss anyone out.

The best customer service we've had from anywhere for a long time. From our initial visit to collection, we cannot fault the service, friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgable and not at all pushy. We were given time and space by Michael to make informed decisions about awning and extras. Shane and Alan went over and above to ensure we were happy with our purchase and handover, and ready to set off on new adventures! Thank you all.

Had a problem with an awning purchased at Worksop branch, very good support over a few months and issues completely resolved under warranty by Justin and Michael. Excellent after sales service.

We recently part exchanged our Elddis caravan for a new Elddis Crusader with David at Worksop. The whole experience from ordering to handover was easy and well communicated. Wayne did the handover and was really thorough and knowledgable. Overall a great experience and we would recommend to anyone.

The whole process was fantastic, from trading in my old caravan, the deal, finance and finally on handover day the staff were all brilliant. Especially compliments to Shane & Stewart in Sales and Alan who was excellent showing me round my new Eldis.

Picked up our new swift today couple of things we picked up on but they were dealt with immediately carl and scott couldn't do enough got us and explained all the workings of the caravan until we were satisfied. Grat service thank you

Following on from my previous appraisal given when I purchased my Swift 560 on 1st March , Brian did promise to send a tv bracket to fit the mounting in bedroom which was missing . Today the bracket arrived in the post as promised , I have to admit that I did not expect to receive the bracket as you often get forgotten about after the sale is complete and results in false promises. But Brian was true to his word and delighted to receive the bracket . Full marks and a big thank you to Brian and to Robinsons for amazing service.

We purchased our new Swift 650L Challenger SE Grande from Scott at Robinsons at Chesterfield. Scott is a great guy to deal with with a "can do attitude" but no Bull Sh**. We found Scott to be honest and fair, our van was ready to collect on time. The handover was done by a very experienced chap by the name of Carl who made us feel at ease with all the new mod cons. Both are a credit to Robinsons Caravans. Thanks for the trouble free experience.

We picked up our new Bailey Pegasus Grande Ancona last week and we were over the moon with the service we received from Robinson Worksop. David the sales manager was very helpful and positive. Michael in the shop put up with my many questions and was still smiling! And Wayne who gave us the tour and handover was just brilliant. Full of knowledge and tips! We collected our brand-new Elddis 840 Caravan caravan today from Robinsons. The service was perfect with Mark, the salesman and Alan the engineer making up a dream team for the handover. The caravan appears in perfect condition. Although we’ve only had it one day. There are no faults at all that we can find on the handover and sales experience was very good with good communication all the way through. Well done Robinsons. We certainly would not hesitate to buy from you again and special. Thanks Alan and Mark for their kindness and patience today.

Carl the Handover guy and Jordan the sales guy were both highly professional and made our part exchange changeover a breeze.
Carl showed us everything we needed to know regarding the new caravan in a patient manner and sorted out changeover gear, battery etc. The staff were all really nice. The finalisation of the purchase was a little complex but Jordan saw us through it nicely. Thanks

Amazing service from Robinson’s in Worksop.
Shane provided an excellent service from start to finish. We had been waiting for the new Coachman to arrive at Robinson’s for a few months and Shane was always at hand to answer all my questions, nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of handover last Friday Alan went through the handover, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and had lots of patience! It has been a pleasure purchasing from them and we will definitely go back in the future. Thank you both.

Call to see availability of a Truma part at 3.30 and was told that they would call me back in 5 minutes obviously need the pat urgently got to 4 o’clock and no call then made the decision to drive to glossop caravan (proper caravan company) got the parts I needed at a cheaper price than even eBay And drove the 50 minute drive back to my caravan park (20 minutes from rubbish Robinsons) and fitted the parts so my family could enjoy are weekend away no thanks to this rubbish rude arrogant firm who I will never use again and advise others to do the same stay away. Ignorant people even when I call them 1 1/2 hours later to ask why not return my call I didn’t care don’t buy anything from these fools

Bought a new Elddis Zephyr caravan from Worksop dealership fabulous service from start to finish in 2020 5* . Decided now time for a motorhome, went back to Robinsons dealership at Chesterfield because of the service we received previously from the company. Ordered motorhome in July due into dealership January. It arrived on time and just taken delivery, after waiting for march registration. I have absolutely no complaints 5* service again, our salesman Brian kept us up to date on everything.
Should we ever decide to change again then Robinsons Caravans will be our choice of dealership.

We first met Mark at the caravan and motorhome show at the NEC end of last year, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us thro the sales process with ease.
When collecting our new caravan in February this year we received a warm welcome from Mark and Alan the guy who did the handover and took time to explain everything about the caravan we needed to know he put us at ease and was more than willing to answer any questions.
we are really pleased with the attention we have received from the whole team including the staff in the shop being most helpful with our awning.

My wife and I have been caravanning for 50 years and still going at 75 so we feel well placed to award Robinsons Caravans (Worksop branch in particular) 5Stars. As a retired headmaster I would ideally like to mark their entire report card with A++. In particular I need to award end of term accolades to Mark (sales) and Wayne (technical service). On our first visit intending it be a casual survey to see how the land lay we met Mark - pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and above all he did not insult us with nonsense sales verbiage. We also met our new caravan - it met our needs perfectly so we left without a commitment only to return two hours later from lunch to put a deposit on the van. Mark nursed us through the sales process with consummate skill. Our collection date was arranged and we arrived to be met by Wayne. The technical team and Wayne had prepped our new pride and joy to perfection having connected it to power and water ready for a thorough handover. The van was not only lit but heated enabling Wayne to talk us through all of the technicalities in comfort. Remembering that our first caravan 50 years ago was lit by gas mantle our new van was more akin to the starship enterprise; Wayne explained and tutored us through alarms, heaters and various protocols with charm and skill.
To Robinsons a big thank you for offering us a huge choice from which we could chose what for us was perfection. To Mark and Wayne our indebted thanks for your skills, knowledge and assistance - your customer care has been the apogee of a skill you have taken to an art form.
