Currently two weeks into a wait for a…

Currently two weeks into a wait for a Sphero Bolt, as mentioned in other reviews no replies to emails. Looked them up on company’s house. They seem real but maybe not the main priority for the business owner. Hoping this will help move things along.

This company is most likely a scam

This company is most likely a scam. They have taken payment for items from myself and others, yet the goods won’t be sent. They do not respond on their email or chatbot service and have no phone contact details.
Have requested a refund but none is forth coming - I will be referring them to my credit card fraud team.
Very shoddy and unprofessional.

PAYMENT TAKEN AND NO ROBOT RECEIVED - AVOID

Robot ordered from very professional looking website, payment taken and quick confirmation email received. However, no delivery in the promised 2-4 days and still waiting. Have now cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund. Not had any replies to my emails and the company is uncontactable by phone. Avoid, as you will be let down and then have lots of stress trying to get your money back.

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on 29th November and got a confirmation email immediately. Delivery was said to be 2-4 business days. Money was taken from account but I have not received order and cannot get in touch with the company. I have emailed, phoned and tried their web chat. Very disappointed customer.

Disappointed

I made order on 3rd December . Was to be delivered 2 -4 days. Still no robot? No communication to tell me what is the delay. Worried I am not going to recieve it for my son on Christmas day. First time ordering from site, will not be doing this again!

Poor service

Like other reviews, I ordered a product for our school from their website on 15th May this year and received an immediate email confirmation but haven't had any communication or received delivery of the order since then. I've written emails, used their web-chat and left telephone messages as the calls go unanswered. Unacceptable customer service - don't use them.

I'm hoping if I put another review on, I may get a response from the company as there is no answer by phone, email, website, webchat.

My company (education sector) placed an order with yourselves in April23, the money was taken and then nothing, no communication at all, until I left a negative review. I was then promised delivery dates that have come and gone due to 'Production issues'. I have since found the item on other sites - Very much in stock!

Please can you get in touch with me as a matter of urgency to process a refund.

Customer service is phone number is a joke as no one answers emails and messages are read but no reply. A simple message to update me on this order but nothing.
Steer clear of RoboCube order elsewhere.

It's fine but could be even better.

The order arrived fast and the product seems to be new, not like some other sites which sends you already used item and pretend to be new. I had order Dash robot which is working as expected. I substract one star from the rating because of the customer support in their website. I had a bunch of questions but the representative didn't respond in reasonable time or not even responded. The other reason is that I select EUR for currency but I was charged in GBP which is kind of frustrating if you compare prices on several platforms.

Made a purchase on the 27th of April for the following Ozobot Evo Classroom Kit, 12-pack × 1 via CC - At the time it did not state out of stock, however, after checking back at a later date the message appeared on the site stating it is a back order - This was not a problem we were happy to wait, however, there has been no communication regarding delivery. The item now does not have a message stating out of stock and yet my multiple phone calls and emails and online chats go completely unanswered!
