Marty the Robot Arrives at School

Our school had been after a class set of robots to use in computing for over 18 months. We ordered 15 x Marty Robots earlier this year and we are very happy to have received them now. Despite some initial supply issues, the support we received from Constantin was excellent - we were kept updated right up until the last minute. It was great that we were able to try out the robot before purchase as well. The integration of the Marty App with Scratch is fantastic. Having been let down by other companies supplying Robots, I can highly recommend Robocube, for their products and customer care.

Thumb up again for Robocube!!

I was looking for new resources for the new school year from Robocube again. and I was thinking of purchasing the Sphero BOLT Power Pack. They offered to try it first, gave me training on how to use it, and showed me what it is capable of. After the trial, I was sure that the Sphero Bolt would be an excellent tool to teach computer science!

Poor communication.

Poor communication following online order with debit card, expected next day delivery (inc in price) but no email to say out of stock and when delivery would be expected. Five days after purchase we received a phone call from finance company asking us to confirm order had been received and when we would be paying the outstanding balance. After explaining the order had not been received and the invoice was paid in full at point of order we were assured someone would let us know when to expect delivery. I tried ringing and emailing and eventually got a response from an online chat confirming that they were awaiting stock but promising delivery on Monday 4th July, 12 days after the order was placed. Today (4th July) we have received an email from courier saying they will let us know when the parcel is ready to be dispatched and delivered. Not very impressive service so far!

Good for communicating and organising…

Good for communicating and organising delivery, but was sent a different order. This caused some issues as my order went to another school. It took a couple of days to sort the issue and have them picked up and delivered to the correct addresses. The service response was fast and mistakes happen but this has to be reflected in the score. This would be a 5 star had it not been for the mixup in picking and delivery.

Excellent model. All the time I was building it, I was amazed what was arising from the flat pack of pieces. The instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow.

Item arrive faulty, I spoke to support and they offered a replacement which I accepted. I asked if it could be tested before and they kindly tested and packaged in extra bubble wrap. Great service
