Delivery address not changed.

I ordered the product and immediately realised I had chosen the wrong delivery address. I emailed 2 different addresses straight away and both assured me the delivery address would be changed - it wasn’t. It was irritating but not something I would ever comment on.

However, I am fed up of receiving emails asking me to review Robocube. I made one small purchase before Christmas. So here’s my review.

I am sorry we could not change your address in time; the warehouse had already sent it to the address you gave us. They can be almost too efficient sometimes.

Thank you for bringing to our attention that you received so many review requests. We had thought that the reviews were constructive feedback to help our future customers make better decisions. Thanks to what you mentioned, we realise that an onslaught of review requests must be a little tiring and infuriating.

We have amended our service so that our customers will only receive two review requests per order in the future, one for our service and the other for the product, and we will no longer send reminders for feedback.

Bad experience

I never received my item and after a month customer service suggested that it was my fault because I had ordered an our of stock item. It wasn't in any way described as out of stock on the website, even then, a month on when they still hadn't sent it. Then it took another month to get my refund. I ordered from this company because I didn't want to just order everything from Amazon, but I won't ever order from them again!

I am sorry that you had to wait for the Sphero Bolt for such a long period and later for the refund.

We realise that it may not have been clear on our website that the Sphero Bolts were temporally out of stock and that we were only taking backorders. We will make announcements like this clearer in the future to avoid any further disappointments.

This Christmas, the whole industry was hit by massive supply chain disruptions, which held up our expected delivery times. We tried to keep you updated on all the changes, but we realise that this must have been very frustrating for you, and we apologise again for this.

We initiated the refund on the 21st of December, but after looking in our system, we can see that the bank could not refund your payment then. Our team then initiated the refund on the 4th of January, and this time there were no problems, and it has been refunded to you. Our finance team will contact you later today to give you more details as to why it took longer than expected.

I am sorry for the confusion that all this has caused you. I would hate to think you felt we had not been attentive to your needs. We did communicate with you weekly, but we are sorry that we did not fully recognise the length of your wait.

This company is excellent!

This company is excellent! I bought my animatronics mad son the ohbot for Christmas! He loves it. I contacted robocube as I wanted to buy assessories for my sons birthday! They were friendly, informative, very helpful I couldn’t asked for a better service. I ordered ‘extras’ for the ohbot. They even sent me a message saying that I didn’t need one item as the ohbot already had it! Amazing! They didn’t rip me off and the helpful customer services was outstanding! You definitely buy with confidence with Robocube! Thank you!

Good customer service

I did not receive any update of the order status for a long time.I was very disappointed at that time. Later, the customer service representative contacted me and explained the order status in detail on the phone. The follow-up work responded quickly and reacted very fast to my request.
