This company is a sham do not purchase any item from them the price you see is not the price they want you to pay and a refund is not an option there customer service is diabolical keep well clear

Purchased and paid for hedge trimmer - including VAT - and then UK post demaded VAT again. Company said they were based in UK but trimmer came from Germany (hence the double VAT). Very unhelpful and wished I had read trust pilot before dealing with them. I always read trust pilot reviews now before buying!! Avoid these fraudulant thieves!

Ordered from this supposed UK company, but when pool cleaner arrived in UK it got held up by customs. I was told to pay the £100 to release and they would refund. I never received this money after repeated attempts to contact seller. Eventually I get an email saying the company is going into liquidation, yet they continue to trade 3 months later... Don't get scammed and do not use this company.

The company clearly is bankrupt since 01/01/2022. My dysfunction robot was sent back 09/2021 and lost contact since 12/2021. But today I recovered my broken robot from the company address: Only one housekeeper is there during working hours. Fortunately, it is repaired and function again. If your robot broken and you sent it to shop for the repair, you can recover it by driving there with your invoice and receipt (at least I got it by this way). The house keeper is very kind. Good luck for all of the friends.

Terrible service! Ordered and paid for a hedge cutter in mid August with promised 4-5 working days guaranteed delivery. Nothing. Contacted them early September to get a curt reply saying they were out of stock but will be dispatched before end of September. October, still nothing, contacted them again and this time no answer. Now mid December and still no sign, reply, update or anything. It feels like a fraud to me...Do not buy from them!

Claims to be a UK company but its German based. If you buy it will be stopped by customs and you will have to pay VAT again and customs charges. If you pay then you will not get the cost re-enbursed as they say you will. Do not buy from these people, just read the reviews.

My experience is poor with Viessmann Vitodens 100.
It's noisy, noise and prone to blockage.

Company is in liquidation yet has an active website still taking orders. DONT GET STUNG. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

Probably THE worst company I have ever had the unhappy experience of dealing with bar none, and I don't say that lightly. I ordered a chain saw in September 2021 and realised afterwards it was being sent from Germany, and that I would incur an extra import duty to the UK of £57. Their T&C stated that I can claim this duty back from the company which I tried to do but it has fallen on deaf ears and now it is almost December and I have had no refund, in spite of emailing them countless times and showing proof of payment. The item also was multiple weeks overdue upon eventual arrival.

They do not answer the phone, you'll be lucky if you get an email reply and it will not tackle the issue you are trying to remedy.

I have had a similar problem to those outlined already, and despite being assured I would receive immediate refund of the import duty I paid, it has not been forthcoming for 3 months.
Today I contacted the company via a third party as suggested by the Martin Lewis money expert website and have been informed ( in German) that as of 01/11 2021 a court order has appointed an insolvency administrator………..

Fraud company. don't use it.

I ordered through roboexpert.be which is the same as roboexpert.de (but then French speaking with same address).
I had to return the robot because it was not functioning well.
I followed the instructions to send it back to Germany with a form. I took long and I wrote an e-mail which was answered after a couple of weeks.
At a certain point they send me an email that I was going to be reimbursed. They asked for my IBAN number.
After a few weeks I still hadn't received my money back (around 1000 euro). I send another mail and they said an error happened with their accounting. I waited again and didn't get my money back and I had to send more e-mails, but they didn't react anymore on my e-mails...

I never got my money back. They just kept my money. I got ripped off.

This company is scam company with a fake phone number which gives an error when you try to call it.

The only way to contact them is by email if they want to answer.

I ordered the robot in July and now 4 months later it is still not settled...

Don't order from this very dodgy company!

I ordered a robotic lawn mover.I was asked to pay import duty with the promise that it will be refunded. Despite repeated email requests I have not received a refund.These guys are a bunch of liars and cheats.please avoid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BUT IF YOU HAVE ALREADY THEN DO NOT PAY THE IMPORT DUTIES AS YOU WILL NOT GET THEM BACK DESPITE THEM PROMISING YOU WILL. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. I HAVE A STREAM OF EMAILS FROM THE CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE CONFIRMING REFUND THIS WEEK OR LATEST NEXT WEEK AND THAT WAS BACK IN SEPTEMBER 9TH 2021. TODAY IS 28TH OCTOBER 2021 AND THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS. PAYPAL WILL NOT REFUND THE CHARGES EITHER AS IT IS APPARENTLY OUT OF THEIR REMIT!!!!!

I paid for a lawnmower by bank transfer and have lost the lot.. they told me they had supply issues afterwards but have refused to refund me. Only contact is by email. Avoid at all costs, they are rip off merchants. Am now taking them through the German court system

Stay we’ll away from this company you won’t get your goods. I went on there website to purchase a Chainsaw with the site saying it would be 3/6 working days. Thought great as I was doing a big tree job.And as soon as I paid for it I got a email saying it’s out of stock’ the site shouldn’t take your money if they don’t have them. I went back and forth emailing them just to be fobbed off this went on for 8weeks with no dispatch date. Lucky for me I paid with PayPal so got on to them. Very helpful and they got my Money back within 14day. There are so many bad reviews on here please beware guys’ iv Since had a email from them saying you’re order is cancelled and will be refund your moneys soon hahah PayPal already done it.

**BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS**
I had the same issue as other, bought the product in good faith. Had emails saying they were out of stock and it was coming from Germany (but don't worry they would pay the import duty). Goods arrived, I had to pay the import duty (Roboexpert says I have to pay and they will reimburse). Then get a confirmation email that they will pay and then nothing - can't get through on phone, the info@ email doesn't get any response and the contact form on the web site doesn't work.

JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS
