Stay away for this company

Stay away for this company. I ordered a strimmer over a month ago not realising they actually drop ship items from Germany. Which before its delivered customs want £42 in tax and fees for its importation. My item has been in customs for over 3 weeks and despite a few emails saying its being dealt. To get the fees issue resolved as I shouldn't be charged them. The item has not arrived and they have gone radio silence on me. Thankfully I paid by Paypal and they are currently reviewing the case. Just go somewhere else!

Husqavarna 315X still not delivered weeks later

I ordered a Husqavarna 315X from the site - I carefully researched delivery times, knowing there are issues with Brexit on deliveries, I wanted to make sure this was a UK based company - and they advertise rapid deliveries in a few days. I ordered the mower (in stock) on 25 February and now, after many emails telling me they have no control of couriers and now saying that with Covid deliveries could be 14 days, the order has just been cleared in Germany (13 March). They are entirely based in Germany and their service is horrible. I tried cancelling - with the unit still in Germany, and they said it has to be sent to UK now, and then I need to send it back but if it does not get back to them in 14 days I wont get a refund. Their opening hours on the website says 5pm - when you call they says its 3pm.... the list goes on - don’t buy from this company.

I am now updating my original post - it is now a month since I ordered the mower and it is still somewhere in the supply chain - and the exact same responses from Roboexpert. - its a copy and paste each time. They would not cancel the order while the unit is still in Germany (which it does not say anywhere on their site is the source of goods - it is shown as a UK site), so now i have to still wait for the unit - when it arrives, ship it back and hope it gets back to Germany in 2 weeks (the time limit for a refund). - and then they have a number of weeks to still refund me. Only then will I maybe have my money back and order another unit locally - so this is going to be an at least 2 month experience of some of the worst customer service i have ever know. Makes one really appreciate the good companies out there.

Never received.

Ordered "STIHL iMOW RMI 632 PC Model 2020" on 6 December for 2.067,52 €. They took the payment but we still haven't received it (on 14 February 2021!) They told us weeks ago that it was expected "today or tomorrow".

It was *not* marked out of stock when we ordered it. I now see that they're selling the "2021 model" of the same robot 1.920,59. No mention of it being out of stock.

Summary:

1. They sold us something they didn't have in stock, and couldn't deliver within over 2 months
2. They're now selling an updated model with no mention of it being out of stock for cheaper, without offering us any money back
3. They've told us lies about when to expect it

We've requested a cancellation and refund, which we'll put through PayPal if they don't comply.

Do not go anywhere near this company. Conmen.

Site frauduleux

Site frauduleux. Ordre exécuté le 14/11/2020 puis annulé. Remboursement demandé plusieurs fois et toujours pas reçu après deux mois. Service client absent (Mathilde). Je vais contacter le centre européen des consommateurs pour tenter de récupérer mon argent!



This website is just a fraud, stay away. I placed an order on 14/11/2020, cancelled a few days after. The amount is still not reimbursed after 2 months, despite the several chases. Shame!

I have ordered a Husquarna Jet Washer for a UK client and the tracking number is now showing that it has been delivered in Germany. No response from the telephone number and very poor service.

Ordered a Robomow RX12u (2020) I…

Ordered a Robomow RX12u (2020) I emailed them for a delivery date, which they came back to me extremely quickly (2-3 hrs) telling me my pool robot is on its way???? ( I ordered a robot lawnmower lol) and with a tracking number that didn’t work. In there word a “computer error”however the next day I received my Robomow RX12U this wasn’t the new model but the 2017-2018 model!!!!! This may be a mistake but have a guess what? they are now not returning my emails in regards the Robomow not being the 2020 model that I paid for.l look to me like they are trying to pass off old stock and the new revised Robomow. I purchased this a the new 2020 model has fair better feature to the original 2017-18 first edition model Absolutely shocking and false advertising.

I have had exactly the same experience…

I have had exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer where roboexpert has received my husqvarna automower 420 for repair after an error message in the display (after just two months it stopped running). It seems they are running a scam operation on a bigger EU scale.

Please update if there are any news about your robot.

I am now without a robot and nobody responds to my emails and there is no phone service (another false information on the webpage).

If your device fails, do not expect having it repaired even under warranty

I purchased a mower in April 2020 and got it within a reasonable period (not the one mentionned on the website, off course, it's a fake advertising). However, PIN code was not communicated and it took me 10 days and emails and hours in the helpdesk queue to finally receive it and install the device.
Couple of days later, the mower displays a failure on the control panel. After having a chat with the helpdesk, they advise me to return the mower to Germany through DPD, mentioning it might take from 3 to 4 weeks to get it repaired. Roboexpert received the device back on April 19th. Since then, anytime I contact them, they answer that they do have my device and that it takes 'a bit' longer than usual to repair... now they just stop answering my emails. I raised a claim to the EU customer protection center and contacted Husqvarna to mention their distributor is not respecting its obligations. The summer is now over... and so is my patience. Next move will be a claim to the police against fraud and theft...

Quick service at a good price

I recently ordered a Husqvarna 430X robotic lawn mower from this company. It was approx. £600 cheaper than the price elsewhere and arrived within four days. There was an issue with us getting the pin by email but this was quickly corrected by a call. The only thing is our garage for the lawn mower arrived a little damaged. This does not seem to be too problematic but was the only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars.

We ordered a robotmaaier for 1700 euro…

We ordered a robotmaaier for 1700 euro tot be delivered in Belgium. They promised to deliver within 2 days but we got nothing untill 3 weeks later. After three weeks we went to the post office to receive the order. But the package was small and light about 1.5 kg though on the label it said it is 30 kg. Inside it was no robotmaaier but only electric wiring which we did not order and which costs under 100 euro. We are scammed! This is outrageous! We called them but nobody answered. We emailed them the photo of the package and the inside components and ask the refund. Luckily we paid the order by credit card. The money is gone from the account but we hope to be able to get reimbursed through the credit card company. If we would have paid by debit card we could never reclaim the reimbursement from the Bank and we are doubtful that this company would cooperate to give us our money back. We want to cancel the order and return the fault content. This company is a scammer!

Update!

After the weekend we got a short email stating that the order is on the way. That what we received was the first part (which we never ordered).

Today we have indeed received the robotmaaier! We have not tried it yet, and do not know if it works but at least we have the real thing, finally.

All with all, we question how this company does business. We do not mind a later delivery as long as we are kept informed and we know what to expect.

From zero - one star I will update the review to four stars, only because we finally got our order. The company could do better if they will communicate properly in order to have the people know what to expect, no second guessing, no anxiety of being scammed.
