Scammers beware!!! This is not a UK site as it appears so you will have to pay import tax to get your item so no point in dealing with them. Their email address doesn't exist and the email they give as contact email is the same they email order conformation from saying it is not monitored. My chainsaw finally arrived yesterday having been ordered on 17th September and was more expensive then I could have purchased here with the import duties.

As with everyone else I wish I'd checked here first ... scammed... not had delivery after 4 weeks (UK site says delivery in 4-6 days) ... site is set up to look like UK (even gives a UK address) but is German and goods ship from there... site clearly says "FREE" shipping and VAT included (actually says on website "Free shipping applies to orders over £50.00. We are responsible for any import and export fees and charges." ... Tracking stopped over 2 weeks ago now on UK entry as passed from DHL to RM though I have had no notice at all from RM in 2 weeks... If I ever do hear about it I will now be charged VAT again (so VATx2, german and UK) plus duty and extra international shipping fees via DHL and Royal Mail ... Roboripoff have not responded to my last 4 emails now.... I will have to start a claim process to get my money back via Visa... AVOID these clowns at all costs.

Fraud - 12 weeks now, no item no money, no reply, no email answer.
Item was in stock, after 2 weeks sent mail asking for estimated time to deliver, 3 weeks no reply, in week #6 i received a mail that order got cancelled due out of stock. "will transfer money back" 6 weeks later still no money

#Google recommended, but same issues with VAT non payment and extra import charges, lovely letter saying our error please pay and we will refund. Then silence. #papal being slow and evasive and #roboexpert complete silence…

Ordered a husqvanna bushcutter/strimmer and then had pay inport tax and said could get refund but now no reply. Wish had spent extra 50 from another company. classic Germans conning .........

Took £199 for a hedge trimmer in August. Ignored all follow up emails. Nothing delivered. Obviously a totally dishonest company

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this fake 'UK company' which is actually based in Germany. Wish I had first read these reviews before £600+ was paid for goods which haven't arrived after nearly a month.

I got the same parcel force letter asking for 'import vat' plus customs charges despite their website clearly stating 'VAT included' on the goods.

Nobody answers their customer support number and despite sending all the evidence stating I had already paid vat, I got a reply about a week later which didn't reply to my points, other than confirming the DHL delivery tracking was handed over to Parcel Force... I'm fuming!

I've asked to cancel my order but 'support' has gone dead.

How can this continual scam keep happening??! Not sure what it will take to get the Germany equivalent of Trading Standards to persue them on all of our behalf?? Can they even be allowed to have a '.UK' website and trading name?? I may consider legal action as I didn't use PayPal or credit card so have full exposure.

I sent back the good to the retailer and received the confirmation by the forwarding company that the good was correctly delivered to Roboexpert. However, after more than 3 weeks, they have neither returned my money nor responded to my emails.

These people pretend that they are in the UK but actually you will be importing the item from Germany. This means paying VAT at 20% as well as the ludicrous charges added by the delivery company. DO NOT USE THEM if you are in the UK.

Item turned up late and I was charged twice for VAT. They promised a refund but like the old saying about mouth and white stuff! Say no more!

It's about time uk trading standards took out a class action against this company to get us all our money back.

Ordered a pool hoover for our business and despite the delivery saying it will be dispatched within 3-4 days were 14DAYS in and still NOTHING! I have emailed twice and had no response but they have taken the money! I will be asking for a refund now and NEVER using again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS SHOCKING!

Ordered husqvarna blower, said its coming from UK. Turns out company based in Germany, requested refund still waiting... no blower and no money.. 6 weeks.

Please do not buy from this company. I bought a Robo mower on the 15 May 2021 for more than €3000, When nothing had been received after 2 weeks I started to become worried and looked a the reviews.

If only I had looked before I would not have made this mistake. After 1 month and many failed promises of delivery I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

Unfortunately I received nothing and after chasing them every week for 6 weeks I decided to ask the Centre Européen des Consommateurs for help on the 27 July. They contacted their German colleagues who wrote to Roboexpert . Eventually after several letters and a promise of payment which never arrived I did receive a refund on the 10 September 2021.

They basically had my money for 4 months and gave me nothing. Please do not buy anything from them ignore the positive reviews it’s a scam.

Just don’t buy anything from this company.
They will delay and delay, finally ship from a non-uk warehouse, you will be presented with a customs AND Vat charge (you’ve already paid VAT) and unless you pay it will be returned.
Bye bye money.

Terrible company. I finally managed to cancel my order with them once I discovered they take ages to send out goods and then have to pay import tax on top (not a UK company I discovered too late). Promised me a refund but it is yet to materialise. Thankfully I paid through Paypal and have opened a claim against them so should get my money back. Wish I had read the reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing from them. One chalked down to experience which I hope others don't fall for.

SCAM
Took £204 payment once they got the payment it was out stock . Wanted me to wait a month for the lawnmower I said I rather have a refund I promise I would get it on Tuesday a week later its now Thursday but still nothing. lucky I paid with Paypal and open a dispute. I would stay away from Roboexpert never again

Made the mistake of ordering 2x before checking trustpilot. Your order will come from germany, you likely have to wait a long time for it, then expect to pay import vat (add 20% to the advertised price) and a customs clearance fee. I really wish I paid a bit more upfront for a genuine UK company, I would have saved money. It is deeply unfair to honest UK based companies that this company operates the way it does. Further, the mower turned up PIN-locked, with no PIN provided in associated documentation, a UK Husqvarna dealer wont help me as they don't want to tacitally support Roboexpert so I am currently stuck with a 700GBP mower that I cannot use and it would cost a lot of money to send back to Germany for a refund I honestly don't believe I would receive.
