We had never used travel advisors before but were struggling to find the 'perfect' holiday for my husband's 50th in October 2023. A colleague at work suggested Isobel at RMW and she exceeded all expectations to the extent that I wondered why I'd never sought help before. She listened to our wish list and guided us to the most amazing holiday ever. A truly magical location that even 2 years on, is the talk of so many of our family conversations. The whole experience was delightfully hassle free and sensitively tailored to our budget. We've come back to RMW this year and hope to be just as 'wowed'!

We used RMW for honeymoon after using them for our wedding abroad last year. Again such an excellent service and experience. They booked everything taking into consideration our preferences. They were always on hand for any questions. It was our honeymoon and them throwing in the lounge access was such a nice touch to start the holiday off. The hotels were all great (apart from one which they fed back to their supplier) and the flights were all smooth. We were on 12 flights so that is amazing however if any problems they were always on hand to support. They sorted all transfers which were perfect always waiting on us arriving. In most hotels we got an upgrade and the honeymoon decorations were a lovely touch. We got reminders on entry requirements and also when check in was open which was helpful as we were away for 19 days. I can’t recommend them enough it took the stress and worry out knowing they could help us if needed and were only a WhatsApp away. The price was also fantastic for everything included. Recommend to everyone and will use them again.

Stewart at RMW arranged a fabulous trip to Orlando for our family. He listened to what we needed and what we wanted to do, and arranged everything to suit us perfectly.

We had a couple of calls with him at different stages of planning which meant everything was sorted before we went and we could just relax and enjoy it once we arrived. His knowledge of the area and the parks was extensive, and gave us lots of tips for getting the most out of our time there.

We will definitely be back when we are planning our next holiday!

Rock My World Travel were fantastic helping my family book a special trip to Disneyland. They took the hassle out of booking everything from the hotel, park tickets, flights, private taxi transfers, meal plans etc. Leanne is a Disney expert and this shines through in her advice. Even once booked, Leanne messaged before (even sending a disney-inspired gift to the kids), during and after our trip to ensure everything went well and was always on hand if needed. Without the help of Leanne and team we would probably still be dreaming of this magical Disneyland trip so thank you!!

It was so lovely to have RMW support us finding our first family holiday! We had used them back in 2017 for our honeymoon so was lovely to have them help again! The team has grown to was great to see that! We had so much help in looking and finding our holiday, Donna helped us look at so many options and was always patient with us despite how many times we changed out preference! The communication at all stages from initial phone call to a happy holiday wish was exceptional! We look forward to booking another holiday with RMW again soon!!

Really easy booking process and contact with Rock My World whilst we were away to sort out extending our car hire was very straightforward. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Organised an amazing Italian holiday for our family, well thought out accommodation and activities planned throughout with transfers to make it all seamless. All the staff were very communicative and helpful. This was planned very late on so was lovely that they were able to take a lot of the stress off us. Little touches like sending games to play on the train for the kids were great. The local contacts were also very helpful.

From our first meeting with Isobel (we had several on-line face to face meetings prior to departure) to the moment our final flight touched down at the end of our trip (3 weeks traversing Australia via Abu Dhabi) our exprience was flawless. The attention to detail Isobel and her team showed from booking specific seats on our flights, to welcome notes at each hotel, to transfers, to activities, to recommendations for sight-seeing and restaurants, to car hire, for anything and everything, was impeccable. Rock My World are genuinly passionate about travel, are widely travelled advisors themselves and speak from their own experiences. This knowledge is invaluable. Our whole trip was mapped out in an App which has "live updates" and contains every last detail of your holiday including itinerary, booking vouchers, flights, car hire and any necessary paperwork. The app took all the stress out of the trip, a real game changer. The team were available via WhatsApp 24 hours and answered the few queries we had during the trip and were always on hand to give tit bits of advice. We've never experienced anything like it. Furthermore, the holiday was incredibly good value; I can't work out how they do it! We cannot recommend Rock My World highly enough. Jump in, the water's warm!

Isobel, Stewart and all the team at Rock my World were amazing to deal with. They listened fully to our holiday requirements and made suitable suggestions that would suit our family. The communication throughout the booking process, run up to the holiday, on the holiday and return from holiday has been outstanding. They ensured the airline and hotel knew about the severe allergies before our arrival and kept me informed of this. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again. Once again a fantastic service, found exactly what I was looking for within budget. The team are excellent at what they do, they are very prompt at replying and arranged every aspect of my trip to London so you don't have to do very much. I was a bit unsure and apprehensive about getting around London when there, Rock My World gave me all the information I needed down to what line to get on and what platform it made it very easy and stressless. Isobel is amazing and everyone else in the team. Highly recommend them and wouldn't plan a trip or holiday again without them
