Rock my world travel have well and truly rocked our world. They have been so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and just plain awesome. We were looking to book a very last minute holiday and they came up trumps, they listened to what we were looking to do, were excellent at getting back to us and the day after I first got in touch we had a holiday booked. They made the whole thing seamless and reassured us when we explained we were travelling with a child with additional support needs. We had to travel from Edinburgh down to Manchester for the flights but rock my world were even able to book the airport parking for us. They messaged us to see if we had any questions before we left the UK and before we flew home again and have replied promptly to everything we asked. Such a brilliant personal service. It was a bit like having your super knowledgeable mate book your holiday and be there for you cheering you on to have a great holiday.
I would 100% recommend RMW travel, they are all superstars!

As always Isobel and her team are awesome. If you want a tailor made holiday and have someone else do all the research then these are your guys. They have so much knowledge and experience and bonus is they are all super lovely. Very responsive and helpful

I have booked a lot of holidays in my time but never have I experienced the customer service care that RMW provide. It is excellent 11/10 they cannot do enough for you from booking the holiday to booking our meals in the hotel, the golf, the beach club outwith the hotel the itinerary that they sent us all our documents they even checked us in. I dealt with Isobel and Leanne and their attention to detail is impeccable. Please please book through RMW you will never go anywhere else to book your holiday ever again!

We had the most amazing holiday in California. From the moment I made contact with Isobel I have received excellent customer service from the whole team. This was a dream trip from San Francisco, the Big Sur, Death Valley, Mammoth Lakes to Yosemite. We hired a car and stayed in 7 different hotels. Isobel and her team went above and beyond organising our trip adding in special touches as we had a birthday while we were away and checking in with us too! 5 Stars and I am ready to book my next trip

Another fabulous holiday booked through Rock my World. Would definitely use again. So helpful, attentive and feel more relaxed booking through them.

From booking it was clear the RMW team are Disney experts, every detail was accounted and planned for. We found their service 5 stars from start to finish.

We had a wonderful time on the trip. Made all the better with little additions, matching t shirts posted to our address, twilight check in, private transfer to the hotel with movies for the little one in the taxi! Then the Disney experience itself!
Highly recommend and we will use for all future holidays

From start to finish Leanne was fantastic. She answered all my questions as I was nervous as it was my first solo holiday with my two kids. She helped me book transfers and made the whole experience flawless. I will be recommending everyone book with her for Disney.

I have booked with RMW before and this was another well package trip. We went to NYC and the team found an excellent hotel and location that served us well for all the activities we had planned. The hotel was finished to a high standard and situated just a few blocks north of times square. We had another holiday of a life time thanks to RMW team.

Fantastic experience, came up with lots of opinions based on my criteria, always got back to me straight away regardless if it was late or the weekend, Isobel was amazing. They got the holiday we wanted when other travel agents couldn't and they always came out cheaper on price. Stayed in touch when we were away to provide any support and to add that bit extra sent me a thank you when we got home with chocolate, such a special touch. I highly recommend Rock My World and will definitely be using them every time I go away on holiday, top class service.

This was my first time using Rock My World and it won't be the last! My experience was slick and professional and was very reassuring to know there was help at hand if needed. I appreciated the point of contact message in our hotel room on arrival and the chocolate bar to welcome us home on our return!

My holiday brief was answered and once chosen and booked, I was reassured by the level of correspondence in the lead up to departure knowing everything was in hand. At no point did I feel pressured to book a holiday via Rock My World and in fact I saved money by booking this way.

All in all just delighted with our holiday - thanks so much!

Everything from start to finish was perfect

Everything went very smoothly, cruise was wonderful and we visited beautiful places. Little extras like sending our printed luggage tags, arranging private transfers and having lanyards in the cabin were lovely touches. Have used for 2 holidays already and will be back in touch for our next trip. Communication great too.

Contacted Rock My World with a wish list for our family holiday. Their recommendation was spot on and met the needs of everyone in our group (kids, parents, grandparents). Great communication before, during and after our holiday. Always our first port of call.

The whole team at RMW are very efficient, friendly and there for you if you need any help. Have used them for our last 3 holidays and will definitely be using them again.

Leanne and Isobel are amazing and have booked us many great holidays!! We love working with you guys. We chose the hotel so not anything to do with you - but we wouldn't recommend the hotel or go back. The organisation of everything was brilliant from Rock My World and takes the stress out of travelling.
