Good item - great customer service
Initial order wasn't dispatched after 2 weeks so I followed up with an email. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and dispatched my order immediately.
Item is great and a very good price. Would use again.

Poor delivery times
Can't fault the item I bought. But took two weeks to arrive. And that was after reminding them I'd made an order. Need to do better than that.

Great quality, poor service.
Eventually received my order over 2 weeks after ordering. Little bit large but seeing as it took so long to come, I've decided against exchanging it. That being said, the t shirt is very good quality though so not all bad. The communication from the website definitely needs improving as the lack of information has put me off ordering from here again. It's a shame as they have some very good rock t shirts which are difficult to source in the UK.

Very slow delivery
The website was easy to use however the delivery took far too long. Rock universe took 6 days to process the order and then it was with the courier for a couple so I didn't receive the hoodie in time for a birthday.
