We experienced problems with our rollerdoor following the theft of our car plus the garage remote. We contacted RGS and Darren responded to our enquiry. He quickly identified the problem which had not been helped by well intentioned meddling! We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and have been very impressed with his expertise, politeness and very reasonable price.

Really happy with Derren and RGS. Moved into a "fixer upper" and wanted a new double roller garage. Derren came round immediately, made everything clear and simple and then patiently waited for us to pull the trigger. Door turned up on the Wed, Derren and team were there to fit promptly on the Thu, and were gone by early afernoon and we now have a garage door that has totally changed the (frankly dated!) look of the front of the house. Couldn't fault anything.

Contact RGS I couldn't get a fob to work Derren call said he was in the area and called in fix the problem very quickly would recommend 👍

Our garage door broke just a week or so before Christmas but Derren was able to order a replacement in for us and installed it on Monday 23rd Dec, he was also quick but thorough with the installation and explained the details of the old garage door and how the new one supplied was better etc.

I had a 5m wide roller garage door installed by RGS in December 2024 to replace an existing worn-out one. It's an excellent quality door and was installed quickly and at a competitive price. Good communications from quote to completion. Unfortunately, on installation it emerged one of the shutter slats had a few scratches on it but they installed a new replacement within a few days with no quibbles. Pleased with the finished result and happy to recommend.
